"Ordered one sandwich and a flatizza online for asap pickup on Sunday, June 25th. Arrived about 30 min after placing, a little after the estimated time. It wasn’t made, no big deal I know it can get busy. After the guy at the counter checked what name our order was under, we watched as 4 different people walked in and ordered at the counter over the span of 30 minutes, each one of them getting their food made and leaving before they even started ours, which was now an hour late by the time we got it. And then the flatizza was missing ingredients we paid extra for, but I wasn’t about to go back into that place. So note to self, don’t use online to “skip the line” as the signage in the restaurant says, because they will ignore your order."

"You can watch as they cut the meat and cheese right in front of you! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, the space is quite small, with only two tables outside in a busy parking lot, so there’s not much room to sit and enjoy your meal. The prices are moderate compared to subway options, but still reasonable."

"I've been eager to try this restaurant for a while, and I finally had the opportunity to go today. It was amazing! I ordered a roast beef wrap with bacon, bleu cheese, spicy mayo, and lettuce, served with pasta salad. It was absolutely delicious. Although the idea may appear straightforward, you can really tell that the recipes and combinations are thoughtfully put together. I will definitely be back!"

"Our family had a wonderful experience at this Subway! The staff is friendly and very accommodating to the special requests from my picky son, and they prepare excellent salads that make me feel included since I'm gluten-free and can't eat bread. They've shown great understanding and patience, even when my children are a bit rowdy. One employee even gave my kids small toy cars to keep them entertained while I placed my order. This is definitely a location worth visiting!"

"This particular Subway location accepts coupons, and we had a fantastic experience thanks to the girl working there. She was handling everything on her own while providing excellent service. She was very kind, had a great attitude, made jokes, and truly enhanced the atmosphere! I wish I could remember her name, as she definitely deserves some recognition! I do wish they had churros, which my son has been wanting, but overall, I have no complaints. As for vegetarian options, they offer a wide variety of fresh vegetables every time I've visited. Their selection is impressive and caters well to different dietary needs. Additionally, they provide calorie counts for most items, which I appreciate."

"The service was friendly, though somewhat slow. I ordered the California Club, which was quite filling. The ingredients were fresh, but the avocado on the sandwich was a bit sparse, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the sandwich was still delicious. It seems that they might be understaffed, as we were the only customers there and it took about 10 minutes to get our two sandwiches. I would also say that their prices are a bit on the higher side."

"I don 't know how corporate has not shut this drive thru down at MINIMUM. The service is already horrible- which says something in small of a town as Iva- but the fact that all staff at all times and shifts just don 't respond to drive thru when they get too busy (with 3 people inside) even if it was 30, dont have a drive thru OPEN if youre going to be that rude and not provide drive thru service. If youre too busy- put a closed sign up at the driveway at least. Seriously. At LEAST. But they wouldnt want their GM or DM or mystery shopper come by and see what they can take a pic of. This says so much, bc Ive never ever given a bad review and don 't give them much, but this place is so bad- solely because of the staff on all shifts. I wish i could say it was just 1 or 2, but its literally every worker making sandwiches, being cashier and in plain sight, theyre all horrible, making the experience horrible."

"I regret to say that if I could, I would give this restaurant a rating of negative five stars. How do you evaluate an experience where the staff didn't change their gloves or even wash the knife, resulting in a non-fatal but severe allergic reaction? I've had to loosen my choker and now I'm anxiously waiting to see if I will vomit from the meal that caused this issue. If only I had been aware of the allergens in my dish beforehand, I could have easily avoided this entire predicament. A special thanks to the new cashier for this near-disaster, which, fortunately, hasn’t impacted my life insurance. As for COVID-19, it appears they are completely disregarding basic sanitation standards."

"Worst subway ever. There was only 1 person working right at lunchtime. She handled everything including money without changing her gloves and cell phone. She had to call manager to find out how to make the food. She ended up finishing up making my wrap with no gloves. She was also wearing her mask like a chin warmer.. It took nearly 20 minutes for her to make the 2 sandwiches and after she touched them with her bare hands I just left. They should really consider training their employees before leaving them alone.."

"I have to say, this is the cleanest and friendliest Subway I’ve found in town. It’s been over a year since I last visited a Subway, mainly because they seemed to have declined in quality. For some reason, I was craving a Subway sandwich and debated whether to give it another try. I’m so glad I decided to stop by this location. It’s very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning, even if it means passing three other Subways on my way. There was a wonderful lady working on Tuesday at noon, though I didn’t catch her name. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge her excellent service."

I don't have any experience with coupons, being that this is a Official subway coupon, I don't think they could even refuse not to use it. "Sincerely one of the best subways I've ever been to. They always have fresh ingredients, bread is amazing and they usually have all the varieties. The staff is gentle and always with a smile on their faces. Also the palce is clean and smells good.Vegetarian options: They have many options, and almost every sub you can order it without any meat.Wheelchair accessibility: They were 2 guys eating that were in wheelchair so I assume it is good if you have that condtion."

"Just a quick note: on Monday, November 25, 2019, the manager told me their hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and they’re closed on Sundays. He said he regularly updates their hours on Google, but the incorrect info keeps popping back up. I usually go to another location, but since this one is newer, I decided to try it out. When I asked about the bread options, they didn’t have the kind I wanted, but they kindly made me a fresh Dutch Crunch roll, which I really appreciated. Parking was easy and stress-free, the restaurant was clean, the food tasted excellent, and the staff were very friendly."

"I used to eat here often for the last couple of years. The same employee was always very kind and polite. Remembered us and even our orders. I’m not sure what happened the last couple of months but he is no longer there. Now it’s two men. They have posted hours of 8:30pm on Sunday on their DOOR AND WEBSITE so we decided at 7:45 to stop. We had time. I was told as I was checking out “well you’re our last customer”. I thought that was strange. We sat and started to eat. Someone walked in to purchase a sandwich and was told they were closed. Not a second later they turned off the lights on us eating. Leaving my ten year old and I to try and gather our things in the dark. You want to close at 8? Change your posted hours. Don’t leave a family of paying customers in the dark to rush and find their things and rewrap their sandwiches. This experience was so rude. I will not be returning."
