"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"Food was very good. Impressive service when it comes down to the bread service and the clearing of the table. The server himself was very dry, straight to what are we drinking what are we eating. Did not mention any specials, did not acknowledge the special celebration. The place is beautiful, very clean, will return for food and ambiance, however it was almost empty on a Saturday at 8:00. Hopefully we get another server!"

"This is the first time I have ever been here with a bunch of people and this place is pretty fancy. It's got that old fashioned 1960s feel to it. It makes sense because it became a business since 1964 on Forest avenue in Staten Island. Then in the next year, Egger's added three more locations 1. Historic Richmond Town 2.Urby 3. Snug harbor. They also have a website explaining the history of Egger's. They don't only sell ice cream. They have candy too. The owner of that store told us the history of this place and how it came to be. They also have different flavors of ice cream. They had strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and much more. I asked if they had coconut and they did. It was coconut almond fudge with toppings such as crunchies, sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles. I tried their ice cream and it was good. It only cost $8 but I bet a cost way more or less. Maybe next time if I wanted something sweet,I'll get something from here. And don't worry they take cash and credit."

"We had dinner at The Artichoke cafe in Albuquerque en route from skiing at Taos back home to New Jersey. What a wonderful delight! Service is so warm, personable and efficient. Our waiter described the dishes perfectly, recommended choices, and addedthe delightfully fun touch to the overall experience! Thank you, Sam! Food is scrumptious. Every dish is a perfect symphony offlavors. Cream of mushroom soup is a delicate blend of earthy mushroom tastes in a smooth base. Duck breast bypassed my favoriteone at a Hudson valley restaurant near CIA (Culinary institute of America) the spice rub on the skin adds a flavorful burst.And the lamb ragout is perfect exploding with flavors and textures, with a bit of heat and a cool touch of whipped ricotta.And the orange cardamom creme brûlée is a perfect finish to any meal!"

"I am simply an Uber Eats driver and I had to pick up a meal and I think it was the owner or manager, he is a disgusting morbid person of the worst kind, he couldn't take his disgusting look off of me and when it It was time to deliver the food, he left it on the table so that he could come in until to take it and thus be able to look at myself intimidatingly more closely. In my life, something so painful has happened to me that an owner or manager has to do this type of thing. "I had dinner there with my family after receiving rave reviews of the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but marginally incompetent. He didn't know many details about the menu when asked for details. One of the starters was served without any of the 3 ingredients (olives with canned citrus and fried parsley - served without the fried parsley - not the waiter's fault). The waiter presented the special as an appetizer, but it was actually an appetizer. My main course (or should I say "starter") was served about 5 minutes after the rest of my table had already served their main courses. I was able to order another main course when it was clear that I had ordered an appetizer, but by then the rest of the table was done with the main course. The rest of the people at my table enjoyed the food and the beers were delicious, but overall my experience was not great."

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, and the fries were soggy. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks tasted more like tomato soup than anything else. The homemade honey mustard sauce was odd and quite unappetizing."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a holiday with a friend. We arrived right at 11:00 a.m. and were the first customers, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. Although there weren’t any other guests seated next to us, it was clear that the staff was inexperienced and still learning the ropes. We waited 20 minutes just to be informed about the tiramisu after we had already placed our dessert order. The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. As more groups arrived after us, it became really difficult to hear each other over the noise."

"I friend back home recommended this place. We made reservations for a casual Christmas dinner. We had an awesome 2 top in the front window with all the Lincoln Ave decorations lit up! Great service and food, and we so appreciated it on Christmas after a day of skiing! Italian cream sodas were the bomb, the wedge salad and bread was a great start, our entrees were delicious, and we had coffee and a fudge brownie sundae for dessert. What a wonderful Christmas Dinner!! Thank you!"

"We chose to dine at Leilani's at the beginning and end of our vacation. We love the beautiful view and delicious food. My husband especially looks forward to their famous Hula Pie. Our waiter Mark was friendly and efficient on the first night, while Eddie provided excellent service and helpful recommendations on our last night. Our favorites include the Mai Tai, Daou Cabernet, and the Maui fresh salad with greens, beets, goat cheese, and macadamia nuts. The prime rib was delicious and we shared it along with the salad on our first night, which was more than enough food. On our second night, I ordered the Rib and chicken plate with ribs prepared in two different ways and mashed potatoes instead of fries. The ribs were incredibly tender and the sauces were delicious, although I forgot to take a picture of them."

Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"Four traveling work colleagues went in for breakfast, no one had a complaint about the food or service. The pancakes were fluffy, eggs all cooked to order and good sausage gravy. Two of us loved the old diner feel and flipped through the music selection at the table. Two weren't old enough to appreciate a simpler time when you gathered together in a diner like this to see your neighbors or hang out with friends. Loved the 50's -60's music assortment in jukebox and poodle skirts."

"The front desk did not understand priority seating as they had advertised with Open Table. I had to explain it to the manager. Went there for Mother's Day. Most nicer places had buffets which were too expensive for our group, since we were paying for everyone. My husband and I split the steak, which was delicious. They mixed up one of the orders at the table and they didn't charge us for it. Good business practice."

Their menu claims that the Philly Burger comes with two 5 oz patties, but when we ordered three, none of them had the two patties as advertised. Although the burger was still flavorful, I was quite disappointed by this misleading representation. I expected to receive what I paid for, rather than a diluted version."

"We were here yesterday at 5:00 for dinner. The food was fine but the service was somewhat slow but I could tell the servers were scrambling so that’s fine but what was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to see was while waiting upfront to get a table we watched 5 girls at the reception desk standing around doing nothing and using their cell phones while the rest of the staff worked. This is ridiculous to see especially when I saw the manager come up to the desk looking at the display and ignoring the fact that 5 girls were doing NOTHING and the servers were working hard."

"The host and server were very friendly, but the food was only mediocre. It was disappointing to find that every dish we ordered was greasy and lackluster. The Turkey Club looked impressive at first glance, but unfortunately, it was mostly bread with very little protein. The traditional burger was simple and unremarkable, while the Smashpee burger stood out as the best dish at our table. The Calamari appetizer was tender, but it was overwhelmed by too much Mayo aioli. Overall, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant. However, we commend the young woman who greeted us and served our table with a smile and great personality, despite being clearly overwhelmed with her many tables. Her excellent service deserves recognition, even if we cannot remember her name."
