"This restaurant deserves five stars, especially for their incredibly satisfying spicy chicken sandwich. "I tried the new chicken wrap at this restaurant, which was not worth $3. There was hardly any lettuce and only half a slice of tomato. The fries were cold and soggy, and the store was not clean - there was grease and food on the lobby floor. Additionally, there was a place where cups and lids were missing, making it dangerous as they almost fell over. "It's a Burger King in Steelyard. Steelyard gets a bad rep but I don't believe it's all bad. There are some establishments that should retire but this isn't one of them.The staff was friendly. I ordered my son a cheeseburger no pickles, didn't know it came with mustard. He doesn't like mustard, they replaced his sandwich no problem.On another occasion the frozen coke was didn't really taste like coke. They gave us a replacement of a different flavor. No problem.It's Burger King. It's nothing fancy. You go with a Whopper with fries or onion rings and your favorite cola, and you are happy. So it really come down to service to me in these establishments and they seem to have a management with good heads on their shoulder.Things will never be perfect everytime, but if it isn't they will make an effort to fix it right away."

"I think I 'm pretty done with this location.It wouldn 't be the first time that I 've ordered ahead and had to wait without any communication. This time just irked me quite a bit, as it seemed like everyone there was intent on not even looking my way while I waited at the counter to pick up my meal. Just zero communication.About 25 minutes to half an hour I 'm just standing there. It took about 15 for them to even acknowledge me the first time so I could tell them I had ordered ahead and was there to pick up, and then about another 10 to 15 before someone acknowledged my existence again to just grab a bag that had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes anyway.I 've worked customer service. A simple hey, be with you in a sec! would have sufficed. But I felt like I had harassed them or something.In the same amount of time, I could have driven across town to McDonald 's. Kinda wish I did."

"I haven't visited BK in a while, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They were out of apple juice for the kids' meal but offered a fountain drink or orange juice as alternatives. We chose the orange juice, and it came in a good-sized bottle. There was an unhappy customer who used profanity and made a comment about the cashier giving him the middle finger. However, the cashier handled the situation very professionally; she didn't respond and simply gave him his food and change. My kids did mention that the bathroom had a bad smell, but that's somewhat expected."

"Decent Burger King. The entrance is closer to the Dollar Tree, which is kind of tricky. We ordered at the Drive-thru, which was spacious enough and in clean condition. The food presentation was great, compared to other restaurants that have grease all over the items, and it was also tasty. I docked a point because they need to work on customer service. The girl that gave us our food was extremely rude, didn't give us napkins and was trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible, even though it was not busy (there were only 2 cars in-line including us) and it was in the early afternoon."

"Today I ordered a meal at the restaurant. The woman working there seemed rushed, even though there was no one else in the drive-thru lane at 3:30. When I asked her for sauce, she wanted to charge me extra, even though she hadn't even given me any sauce yet. I would understand if I had already been given some sauce and asked for more, but she tried to charge me for something I hadn't received with my meal."
