"Your app should have mentioned that this restaurant is located in a hotel lobby, as it didn't feel like a typical dining establishment at all. It was not the dining experience we had anticipated. Additionally, the menu in your app was outdated. Upon our arrival, I discovered that there was nothing I could eat, due to my severe food sensitivities, aside from a plain salad. However, the waitress was excellent and went above and beyond to make the best of the situation."
