"We have been to Wellington multiple times and never had a bad experience. Yesterday was a different story poor Jordan who was very friendly was overwhelmed because the room was full and she was the only waitress and she was also the hostess so we understand why she was so busy. Our appetizer was overly salty the fried artichoke hearts the meals came out at four separate times my plate of $42 sirloin steak was cold when I complained she took it back and brought it back lukewarm I couldn't even eat it they did take it off the bill though. The food was still salty. my daughter got the pulled pork sandwich ask for barbecue sauce which came 20 minutes later. My wife's meal was good she got the sirloin with lobster risotto my son ate his hamburger it seems like mine was the only real issue the service was slow but understandable as one person with a full room has a lot to do. Again that was my first bad experience at Wellington's not quite enough to cross it off the list but enough to make me think twice about returning. If the food and service are going to be like it was yesterday I would not recommend it to anyone but on prior experience and past visits I would certainly recommend it I don't know if yesterday was just a bad day for the kitchen or if that's their new normal."

"We discovered Wellington’s by chance while waiting to tour the Capital Building, as it’s conveniently located right across the street. What a great find! The building is stunning, the decor is fabulous, the service is outstanding, and the food is delightful. Our waiter was fantastic and provided us with excellent care. We tried the lobster grilled cheese, which was amazing, along with brussel sprouts and fries. I highly recommend the grilled cheese! We will definitely return for dinner at this place."

"It's a great idea. I've been to many cinema cafe type theaters in my many years but this absolutely disappointed. Overpriced menu (great wait staff though) the theater was ridiculously hot and we made sure to let them know. We were assured as it came close to movie time the a/c would kick on. It didn't. We are a group that some of us came prepared with blankets because some of us are used to freezing in a theater. Not only did we not use the blankets but we ended up sweating. The movie was great though! I let the person at the front know about the temperature and they said they'd work on it. I'm sure corporate just doesn't allow them to put on the air in theaters that aren't very full. The food was lacking even though the waitress did her best to accommodate our needs. The staff tried their best but it definitely seems as though their hands are tied. Even though my friends recommended this place, we will not be returning unless something dramatically changes. Thank goodness the movie was cute!!"

"This is one of my favorite places to buy soul food. Going to be honest and say there are times I've had things that were dry or overcooked but for the most part the food is on point and I suppose they are allowed to have a bad day. Prices are a little high but if you order the right thing it's worth it. The mac cheese and cabbage are my favorite sides. I got the dressing once and it was pretty much corn bread with gravy on top, it was also burnt, I'm not sure if it was a bad day for the dressing but I never ordered it again. I really like the short ribs and smothered turkey. The smothered chicken could be better if they simmer the chicken in the gravy but they literary poor gravy over fried chicken and call it smothered. Some of the desserts are made in house and others are sold there from other businesses. The banana pudding is made there and it's good. They also offer yummy drinks that have cool colors. I like to let my ice melt so that it's not too sweet. The new location has street parking but it is hectic."

"So the reason I’m giving it a three star review is the place and it’s a huge renovation the seats are falling apart. They’re not graduated down so that you can see over the seat in front of you if you’re tiny like I am! The theaters a mess!However, the quality of service was amazing. The movie was running behind because it wasn’t down loading properly and it was late arriving. No problem, my friends and I had a ball just sitting around chitchatting with the other ladies next to us.The general manager I believe his name is Josh I can’t remember was wonderful not only did we got free popcorn and waters but we also received gift cards for another visit and also a $25 food credit. Who does that nowadays nobody! I have to say they went above and beyond and it was wonderful service. I would just like to see renovations to the theater. It’s so shabby. And it’s hard for me to go there because of how the seats are. However, they did give us cushions for those of us. They were too short, and it was quite helpful.!Service means everything and that’s the reason it would bring me back!"

"CineBistro offers a great movie experience. The theater is spacious and designed to accommodate a smaller audience with large comfortable chairs and quality food. The facility is well kept and clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Customer service is always top notch and the food is very good. Prices are high but the food is quality. I enjoyed a slice of chocolate cake (wish the slice was bigger it was delicious. Soft, moist and covered with thin chocolate shavings with a hint of salt. No, trust me it was good. Topped it off with a nice cup of coffee. The theater itself has great acoustics and you can spread out and relax without disturbing other patrons. While waiting there is a nice bar in the lobby that offers a fantastic variety of alcoholic beverages. Make sure to reserve tickets early, because seats fill up quickly. A great place for a date night."

"I absolutely love this coffee shop! If I lived in the area, I would definitely make it a part of my morning routine. The place may be small, but that's what gives it so much charm. The service is excellent, there are plenty of drink options, and the food is fantastic—I simply can't get enough. I'm already placing my next order! I'm sad to be leaving tomorrow, but I've saved this spot as my favorite on Google Maps because I never want to forget it. I've made wonderful memories here with my family over coffee. "Loved the historical location and right next door to la villita and the river walk. Also appreciated the complementary valet parking. We were well received in the hotel lobby and escorted by elevator to the rooftop. Nice views but understand that the rooftop is only 4 floors up so you can’t see the city as well as you could from a taller building. We went here because of the menu we love seafood). We first ordered the chef selection of a dozen oysters and they were excellent, came with all accompaniments and a note identifying the name/location and taste profile of the oysters 3 each from 4 different east coast localities). We next ordered the large chilled seafood platter and were not impressed. The smell of the seafood was not fresh excepting the oysters) and the taste of the shrimp, crab claws and lobster was below average. This was the only reason for my low scores."
