"Bud's restaurant is a gem in Defiance, OH. Upon entering, I was kindly greeted and offered suggestions and a menu. I ordered the current special, roast beef, mashed potatoes and carrots and it was amazing and priced extremely well!. Tasted as great as any home cooked meal and for a traveling professional, that is a huge thing. I have a swallowing medical disorder that very rarely causes me issues, and unfortunately, it chose my pleasant meal time to strike. The waitress was extremely understanding and kind and brought me extra glasses of water until this embarrassing episode passed, with no judgment. I will definitely be returning during my temporary stay in the area and recommend anyone passing through to visit Bud's and try some of their delicious meals!
