"We were seated right away and it took the server about minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Once we had ordered dinner and was served our salads we asked for bread. The server said bread was not automatically served but was available for guests that requested it and said she would bring it right away. We never received our bread—even though we asked more times. We both ordered a steak, medium rare: small filet and the Manhattan NY Strip. The strip steak was well cooked, but it wasn’t a strip. It was closer to being a filet with absolutely no marbling. When asked about the cut the server simply said that’s how “we cut a strip.” Marbling is the trademark of a NY strip! The filet wasn’t just under cooked it was actually cold , even though it was served on a searing hot plate and felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Despite several attempts to get our server’s attention we finally gave up and just ate the edges of the filet. Both dinners were served with a baked potato and both were cold—would not melt butter. We ordered a second glass of wine that we never received. Server noticed the wine had not been served when she brought our check, left and then came back and said it was not served because they ran out and “nobody told me.” All-in-all it was a disappointing, over-priced experience. We have been to the Livingston, MT Rib and Chop House several times and had a wonderful star) dinner each time. I’m not sure we will ever go back after the Casper experience."

"I have to start off saying my meal was absolutely delicious. The beef brisket was very moist and tender. I soaked part of it in the Carolina Mustard sauce, and the other half in the Habanero Bourbon sauce. Both sauces were flavorful, but the kick of thespice in the Carolina Mustard sauce made me want it even more. The Collard Greens and Zucchini Tomatoes sides were verydelicious. So much so I couldn't stop eating them. To top off the meal I had a slice of Bourbon Pecan Pie. So divine and sinfulthat I enjoyed each and every bite. The pecans had a nice crunch, the custard was sinfully sweet, and the crust was flaky.Unfortunately, I can't say that my wife and son had the same experience. The pulled pork was good, but the potato salad and coleslaw sides weren't that good. The potato salad looked and tasted like dry mashed potatoes, and the cole slaw had a very strongtaste of cilantro. The chicken was very wet a bit more than moist, and the Mac cheese was creamy, but wasn't sure if it was abeer or cheddar cheese. For dessert my wife had the peach cobbler. She found it to have too much cinnamon. The space is far toosmall for the seating and waiting areas. If it isn't the people in line to order who are far too close to half the tables, itfeels as if there isn't enough room to wait because one is backing and/or bumping into something or someone. The restroom is sosmall that there isn't enough room for more than one person. There should be a sign to use the foot pedal to pump the water towash one's hands. Next time we will order takeout. Also, would have preferred rating 2.5 because pur experience was between okand dislike."
