"When COVID altered our Christmas plans at the last minute on Christmas Eve, we called Southampton Pizza and placed an order for two pies to go. When going to pick up our order, the staff was friendly and in a good mood considering that they were working Christmas Eve. Our food was ready when they said it would be, and the pizza was FANTASTIC. The sauce, the cheese especially the crust. You can tell these folks take pride in the food they prepare!! Highly recommend this pizza joint we'll definitely be back."

"An unfortunate late night incident with the driver led to us receiving food that was almost inedible. Called the manager and he immediately offered refund or credit. Was very understanding and obviously takes great pride in his business. Not only is their food delicious but the owners have integrity and believe in their service. "To start, ordering our food was frustrating, I had to repeat at least 3x for each item we ordered. They didn’t give us our total, we paid with visa and got charged to use a visa debit. We ordered 3 items, medium pizza with one topping, a wrap and cheese fries and the total was 50$. Seems a bit too high for the items we ordered. When we called they explained all the little charges, delivery charge was $4 and visa debit was for 3$. Absolutely insane. Do not eat here. You’ll be ripped off. Food was okay, but not for the price. "Prices were raised and food takes 40 minutes longer to get and is cold.. kinda backwards business practice if you ask me. If you want to raise prices of everything on your menu by 1 dollar or more per item then service should exceed prior business , Not regress. Sad because food is good when it's warm. "My wife and I ate dinner tonight, July 17, 2023 at Aztecas Family Mexican Restaurant. We are in Grand Junction for one night and staying at the KOA campground 8 miles from this restaurant. After dinner we both agreed it was well worth the 8 mile drive from the RV park. There were 3 Mexican restaurants I was looking at in this area, and Aztecas had the best reviews. I had the #21, 2 shredded beef tacos and a cheese enchilada with beans and rice. The serving was huge and the price was reasonable, $14. My wife had the #1, chicken taco, cheese enchilada with beans and rice. The food was excellent. Chips and salsa was served while we waited for our order. The cheese enchiladas were ones of the best we've ever had. It pays to read the reviews and this restaurant comes highly recommended. The service was excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to the table. Thanks Aztecas, the food was great, reasonably priced and your hospitality is excellent."

"Delicious Plentiful! When it comes to Latin American food, this place is a great change of pace from the stuff peddled by other joints that are 'inspired ' or imitate the cuisine. The fact that there is always a line outside their drivethrough at all hours of the day should tell you that they 're doing something right, and I 'm telling you also, that they are! A large menu is usually a cumbersome component of any restaurant, but they prepare every dish just as good as the last. I highly recommend them for something different every time!"

"Sunny's Restaurant is one of the last TRULY GREAT Family Style, American Restaurants, that I know of in this area. I have been eating at Sunny's for (at least) 30 years (on off) now. Over the years, I've had the pleasure not only of trying everything on the menu, at one time or another, but also of getting to know the Terrific service staff. In addition to the Waiters/Waitresses, it's been my honor to become good friends with the owners/founders of Sunny's, Andy Cindy, as well as their kids (roughly my age) Summer Shadow. Now for the Good Stuff: THE FOOD All of the food served at Sunny's is prepared the Old Fashioned way. For example, if you order a turkey sandwich, it's prepared with freshly (in house) roasted turkey, carved straight off the bird. This style of fresh made food (never canned or frozen), carries through to all the dishes they make. I LOVE the Daily Specials, because they are usually $2 Off the full menu price. On Monday, I ordered my FAVORITE Dinner, 1/2 Fried Chicken Dinner. The chicken is better than KFC, Popeye's, Church's, etc. Soup or Salad, Choice of Veg, Choice of Potato, Choice of Bread. All this for about $10. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunny's Restaurant to anyone with a Good Appetite!"

"This is the second time I've ordered the chicken strip combo plate, and both times the chicken was cooked in burnt oil. I initially thought the first time could be attributed to my late order around 10 PM, close to closing time. However, after ordering at 6:36 PM this time and receiving chicken coated in black cooking oil, it's clear that the oil is being reused without proper cleaning. I will definitely not order from here again. To make matters worse, I spent $62 on two chicken strip plates, a cheeseburger combo, and a chef salad, and the unpleasant smell of that grease spoiled the appetite of everyone trying to enjoy the other dishes."

"This is a genuinely pleasant restaurant with a variety of breakfast and lunch options. The food portions are great for starving customers. I love how easy it is to modify an order just to your liking. There isn't anything on the menu that won't sound familiar because it's all classic, delicious Mexican food done right. This place is about as standard as U.S. Style Mexican food gets. It's worth a try if you wanna eat plenty of food. Again, the food portions are VERY generous, so I highly recommend eating here on an empty stomach or if you're ready to eat food portions as big as the plate."

"Finally! A great Vegan Mexican Food joint! I was able to see someone post on social media, and decided to drive out to give it a try! They had a huge selection for their Vegan menu! Best of all was that also had other selections as well! I want to apologize at first because the pictures I took of the food was after I plated them from a togo order, just to be a little safer from the COVID 19 craziness. I’ll make sure to take better photos next time! Food Cauliflower Taco Jackfruit Taco my wife was the one that got these, I tried a bite, and thought they were pretty nice but definitely spicy. I don’t know if there will be an option to get no spicy next time. I enjoyed it at least. Al Pastor Taco this was pretty good, well marinated and cooked, but I believe this may not be the same pastor you may expect from like a taco truck. Still pretty good. Vegan Fries this was quite good, we ended up getting half jackfruit and half cauliflower, but I believe next time we would just go w the cauliflower for more texture. Vegan Quesadilla this was by far one of my kids and our favorite dish. Had the nice little crunchy texture on the outside but loaded on the inside with vegan cheese. Everyone should give this a try. Again I’m glad we were able to try this place. There were even markers for people to stand, and everyone kept their distance with masks. Will be back, and will be aiming for those Nachos! "The food was decent—hearty but surprisingly lacking in flavor for Mexican cuisine. We ordered tacos that had more toppings on the shell than actual filling inside. The carne asada tacos were pretty good but had tasteless meat, and the rolled tacos didn’t stand out either. As for the carne asada fries, which seem to be a crowd favorite, they came with undercooked fries piled high with meat, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese; unfortunately, it quickly turned into a mushy mess. Overall, it was an overpriced and average lunch. While it's convenient since the nearest good Mexican restaurant is quite a distance away on Kendall, we probably won’t be returning regularly."

"I recently moved to the area and decided to try out a pizza place, and I found a great one! I ordered half cheese and half pepperoni along with some wings. The pizza had a nice soft texture and a delicious garlic flavor, while the buffalo wings were tender and had just the right kick of spiciness. "On my first visit, I tried the steak picado burrito and a hard-shell beef taco. I thought the taco was great, but the burrito was just okay. The chips with green salsa were excellent, but I wasn’t a fan of the red salsa. Despite that, we decided to return. On my second visit, I sampled several different tacos—hard beef, asada, carnitas, al pastor, and lengua—and I enjoyed each one. My friend ordered the shrimp burrito, which was also delicious. I got a milanesa torta to go for my girlfriend, and she thought it was pretty good too. Surprisingly, the red salsa that I didn’t like before tasted much better this time. I’m not sure what changed, but it’s definitely enough to keep me coming back. I hope my first experience was just a fluke, but only time will tell."

"First time, last time... My son wanted Mexican foodafter soccer, so we decided to try instead of a quick Taco Bell, which we don?t like, but probably would?ve been better. Service: Poor. I had to ask several times to speak louder because I couldn?t hear the person at the drive thru (no dine in available). Price: Expensive for what you get. Bill mysteriously had over $3.49 in charges we couldn?t figure out. Was not given a detailed account, only the ?charge? slip. I questioned and they acted like they didn?t understand my question repeated what I ordered instead of giving my detailed receipt. Presentation: A sloppy, soggy mess. I took my chicken out of the tacos, used my sons lettuce and cold beans and ate like a salad. I couldn?t handle all the liquid and the soggy tacos. My son powered through the soggy enchiladas saying they were ok. Positive: CHIPS Cheese! Chips are hot and crisp, while the cheese was cool but not coagulated. A bit spicy, delish though! Eat quickly or the pooling grease on the bottom will make the chips soggy. So much grease! Return: Nope. My son and I love Mexican food, and we love trying new places, unfortunately we had a horrible experience and it just wasn?t worth the $26+ lunch, for 2 tacos, 2 enchiladas chips/cheese. Maybe it was the crew working, location, take out verses done in, or maybe poor luck... try for yourself, hoping you have a way better experience!!"
