"Despite making a reservation a month in advance at Oscar, we arrived to find the restaurant closed for a private event. They were also closed the following night. When we inquired about our reservation, we were informed that they typically do not accept bookings through OpenTable because their systems do not synchronize. Since our reservation was made so far in advance, we would have expected a courteous call to inform us about the closure. Instead, we had to visit several other restaurants, trying to find a spot without having to wait an hour."
