"I walked in around 11:15 AM and noticed that there was no one at either counter. After some time, the bartender finally noticed us and informed us that they could take our order, but the kids weren’t allowed in the bar area, which was a bit strange but we accepted it. We placed an order for two kids' meals (wings and tenders), a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a beer. A couple who arrived before us ordered wings, hash browns, and chips, and they received their order in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, ours took an hour and one minute, according to the kitchen ticket. During our wait, the bartender often disappeared for long stretches, and the front area of the restaurant seemed unattended until someone eventually came out. Although the staff was friendly when we could find them, the food didn't make the wait worthwhile. The fries were hard and chewy—nobody ended up eating them—though the rest of the food was decent. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location. I understand staffing shortages can happen, but this was a bit much."
