"I usually have a decent experience at piara pizza. I ordered a large half/half, Hawaiian pfefferoni, jalapeño and swirling. they forgot to enforce my order. the waiting time was near the hour to get my pizza. When I asked juanita whether they have forgotten to start my order, they looked at me in my eyes and log. I saw her and the pizza maker about the mistake and started my order after I had waited at this point just before half an hour. I asked the cashier if she could be honest about the mistake and she stared me without regret, no excuse! really frustrating, because I had a family to starve waiting for dinner! unfortunately had to eat near 9pm the recording on the cake was wrong. I have half speck and ananas! not Canadian speck! the second half was pfefferoni, mushrooms and swirl, no jalapeños. lose my business! train their employees to have a better customer service and learn how to accept mistakes and apologize to the customer. they accept tips before service! not good! I have tipped for lousy service! learn from their mistakes!"
