"The food had a wonderful aroma, and the table behind us seemed pleased with their meals. Unfortunately, I only received part of my order, and despite bringing this to the server's attention, it was never corrected. My margarita was poorly made and cost far too much for the tiny serving. The cheese dip came out cold and was missing the tortilla that was supposed to accompany it; when I mentioned this to the server, she just shrugged and promised to bring one, but it never arrived. She was not very attentive and spent most of her time at tables on the opposite side of the patio. Because of the lackluster service, we chose not to order a full meal. We asked multiple times for more chips, which were quite tasty, but they didn’t arrive until the server finally inquired if we wanted more while handing us the check. The salsa lacked flavor, with chunks of overripe tomato and an excessive sweetness. We requested the dessert menu when we were seated, but it took 25 minutes to arrive due to the server forgetting it several times. The chocolate cake was mediocre, and the ganache was overcooked, leaving it with a chewy texture. The mango dessert was simply store-bought mango nectar poured over a small scoop of nearly melted ice cream. Overall, my dining experience was disappointing due to poor service and quality control issues with the food. On a positive note, the table next to us had a different server who provided excellent service and left them satisfied. Additionally, two other tables that were seated after us received their drinks before our server even acknowledged our presence."
