"The seafood is cooked with care so nothing is chewy or questionable. The mushroom bisque was sublime. The blueberry cosmopolitan was delicious and not overly sweet. And the dessert of chocolate peanut butter lava cake was freshly prepared, making it totally worth the wait! My husband loves the Scottish Salmon, and we were lucky to be there on a night when the cheesecake was offered, as it's a special dessert not regularly on the menu. Amazing! But the BEST part of our dinner every time is our favorite waitress EVER, Amy!! She is the most enthusiastic server and she clearly loves her job. She gets so excited for your order and makes the meal so fun! I love going to Duling-Kurtz."
