"I called to place a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they had no record of my order. It turned out they hadn’t put it into the system for preparation. I showed them my call log on my phone to prove when I had called and what I had ordered. The hostess’s eyes widened, clearly realizing it was a mistake on their part, but she wouldn’t take responsibility for not entering my order. She then said they could prepare my meal quickly, but it would take 20 to 30 minutes instead of the 15 minutes I was originally promised. Because this has happened too many times with this restaurant, I won’t be returning or placing any more orders from them."
