The fish is delivered fresh every other day, ensuring top quality. I like to mix half sushi rice and half brown rice, which is a Korean mixed rice. They offer three bowl sizes and a combo option that includes a regular bowl and 6 pieces of California Roll. I recommend the regular bowl with 3 scoops of protein.
