"I came here with 16 colleagues from around the world for a bit of fun. I reserved a week in advance with my credit card, thinking we were all set. However, I received several phone calls late the night before, stating that I hadn't paid and that they had canceled my reservation. I had to call to resolve this issue at 11 PM and informed them that we would arrive after dinner, no later than 9:30 PM. When we arrived, the lady at the front was extremely rude, stating that we were late. She took my card and ID, citing their policy. The place is overpriced, dirty, and staffed by rude employees. The drinks were mediocre, and the videos accompanying each song were super offensive. Additionally, don't bother asking the service staff questions—they act like you are inconveniencing them. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Won’t go again."
