"We have enjoyed BJ’s at several locations in the past. This was our first visit to the Burbank location, which was quite busy, but we had made a reservation. There were several large groups dining at that time. Unfortunately, our service was slow in taking our drink and entrée orders, likely due to the presence of those large groups. However, the food at BJ’s has always been excellent, and they have never let us down. While I would still recommend BJ’s as a brand, I'm not sure I'd recommend this specific location."
