"Dined today. All the comments about the waitresses’ poor attitudes are true. After a few unpleasant interactions, I informed her, her attitude was making me uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. In response, she laughed and smirked. HA funny how she doesn’t care, when they already have poor business..I paid my bill with my card and noticed a 20% tip. The waitress in retaliation, ILLEGALLY charged my credit card a 20% tip without my consent/prior notice. I asked that she refund my card the tip and she denied my request because the restaurant allegedly charges everyone a 20% tip (their “machines are preset” like this). Reported them to the city and state for fraudulent practice. I did not intend on escalating the issue, but the waitress denied me a refund on the tip that illegally charged on my credit card and had the audacity to state that she deserved the tip. She’s a joke.The food is subpar… all the food was either too salty or too sweet."
