"Jamba Juice in Grass Valley never fails to impress! I really appreciate the variety of healthy options they offer. I tried a wheatgrass shot with an orange wedge, and it gave me an incredible energy boost! They also have some prepared snacks that complement the drinks nicely. Plus, they offer gift cards. Chloe, the manager, was friendly and super helpful. There's seating available both indoors and outdoors. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!"

"To caveat...my four stars would be 5 if not for the aesthetics. Don't let the location nor appearance fool you though! Your belly will thank you ????. I... correction...we loved it. I brought my niece along for the trip. She ordered a chipotle burger. My son ordered chicken-and-waffles and I ordered a veggie omelette with steak added. We were also curious of the french toast. Guys...the only way to kill curiosity; Yes! We ordered the sweet french toast. They serve breakfast all day! Yum! We all sampled everything on the table and enjoyed every bite. The service was on par as well. He was quite patient with my indecisive niece. I made her choose. I honestly believe it's less than $10 a person but when you include everything we added on...it goes to about $15 a person. Still not bad when you walk away satisfied. Guys...go try this place out! Overlook the appearance. You won't regret it."

"I have had better customer service in Jail. I ordered ahead in app I show at approximately the time given no drink I wait a few more mins I ask prep person said no sweat I got you mean time 4 new walk up orders come and go and when I ask, the cashier tellsthe prep person oh we must have gave it away. At this point I say wait make mine and let?s not put anyone in front of me please. The prep person a female grabs the closest pitcher sloped it into a cup slammed it in the counter and gave me the there it islook. And during all this the only male in the place working there was shooing people back and giving them disgusted looks forcoming in to wait. Saying only 6 people very Rudley and dismissive. I won?t be back to this location."

"The Jamba Juice at this location may have a smaller staff, but they still deliver the same delicious and high-quality drinks. I ordered three large drinks, and my favorite was the Mango Go-Go LOL, which came to about $23. Given the scorching heat of 107°F today, it was worth every penny. Just a note, even though the windows are tinted dark and might give the impression that they're closed, be sure to check the door because they are open for business. Don't forget to explore their menu!"

"Jamba Juice is an excellent spot for your classic smoothie or a quick snack. The building features a sleek, modern design, highlighted by a large electronic menu displayed on the back wall. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of drinks, baked goods, and more, as I initially thought it was solely a smoothie shop. There’s almost no waiting time, and the staff is eager to assist with anything you need. My personal favorites include the Strawberry Surf Rider smoothie, the Apple Cinnamon Soft Pretzel, and the Belgian Waffle. "I visited the restaurant on Wednesday afternoon at 3:24 PM to order two large wild strawberries. Unfortunately, after waiting until 4:00 PM, we had to leave without receiving our order or a refund so my granddaughter could get to work on time. During the 35 minutes we spent there, only one other customer left with their order. The service was terrible!"

"This place was reccomender to my wife and I, so we went to try it out after an Eacapeology Room horrible time there, see my review on them! . Anyway, we stopped here for some food and a couple drinks. I feel like we paid for the view. The old fashioned were decently prices, but felt watered down not a lot of kick for a whiskey drink and don't get me started on their Philly Style cheesesteak. Was the sandwich good, yes, but they line on their menu. They don't use amarosa rolls, which is a staple of Philly Steaks, I was born and raised their I know. This was something our of a grocery store bakery bin, low class bread and it was cut completely in half and toasted before serving non of which happens with a Philly steak . The meat was chuncks not thin slices, it came with American Cheese I'm pretty sure kraft singles which HELL NO . They friends, truffle pamarseian were to die for, and the serve was cool. We went back for brunch the next day, and sadly they were out of shrimp and grits... How a seaside bar runs out of the only seafood option on their menu, and does so 15 minutes after opening, I can't fathom, but the Full Irish Breakfast was good, minus the Buches Baked Beans right out if the can gross . This is a place I'm glad I went to becuase of some local hype, but also glad I don't need to go back, not worth it really."

"We went on Halloween and they seated us outside (due to covid capacity). Although it was chilly, they made sure to set us up between the big outdoor heaters and we were fine. Everything that we had was really good! The food as well as the drinks, and to our surprise, the best desserts we've had in a while! "After seeing a negative review on Yelp, I decided to check out Jamba Juice for myself. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, and Jayy assisted me. He was courteous and made a fantastic peanut butter chocolate smoothie. The store looked clean, though there was limited indoor seating and just two tables outside. I should note that I visited before the lunch rush, as this location can get quite busy during peak hours."

"I visited this morning and was greeted by an absolutely wonderful man! He was polite, energetic, and the kindest person I've ever encountered. I'm taking my board exams today and was feeling quite nervous. While he was making my smoothie, he gave me an encouraging pep talk and assured me that I would do great, which really brightened my day. "I added some extras to my drink, but they weren't labeled, so when I picked up my order, I had to ask about them. The staff member seemed surprised, and I soon found out he had given me the wrong drink—my son ended up with the one that had energy and vitamin boosts, and he's only 8! I tried to make a joke to lighten the situation, but they were completely unresponsive. I understand that working with teenagers can be challenging, but there's no excuse for this kind of behavior in a business. I would like a refund for the price difference and the swapped drinks. If I were the owner, I would feel embarrassed to have these employees representing my establishment. A simple smile can make a huge difference."

"Hello Jamba Juice! I hope all is well. I just wanted to share that Jamba Juice is a fantastic and refreshing spot to grab a drink. "My experience at Jamba Juice today was disappointing. I've visited many other Jamba locations, and none have been as bad as this one. Firstly, there was a long wait to place our order and an even longer wait to receive our drinks. After waiting for an hour to get our order, the staff seemed indifferent to our lengthy wait. This made it difficult for us to explore the rest of the shopping center. I believe any other place would have provided better service and timing. I regret spending my money here and don’t wish to return."

"The staff is friendly, and since it's Jamba, the taste is consistent with other locations—though it does have a slightly sour flavor because they use frozen fruit, which is why I'm giving it one less star. It's also worth mentioning that a medium size costs nearly $7! I could buy a decent meal for that price."
