"Appetizio is my go-to place for all things Italian. I make nearly weekly trips for fresh mozzarella, a variety of ravioli, provolone, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian bread, Genoa salami, and soppressata. Johnny and Franky provide friendly service alongside their unique specialties crafted by Johnny. The chicken fillets, sausage and pepper, as well as the assortment of olives—red, green, black, and stuffed—are all fantastic. However, my absolute favorite is when Johnny makes his rice balls. They are simply incredible and so creative—truly magical! They also offer a range of authentic imported foods, including pasta, roasted paprika, caponata, breadsticks, and biscuits. If you're just looking for a quick bite, their sandwiches are made with care and filled generously. They even prepare platters for special occasions and offer gigantic sandwiches in sizes of 3 or 6 feet. You won't be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and visit Johnny or Franky—once you're home, you'll be glad you did!"
