"I’ve visited Soho Asian And Grill multiple times, and the food is consistently excellent with reasonable prices—considering it’s a high-end restaurant, their pricing is very fair. I’ve always been happy with my experience, which is why I keep coming back. But on my last visit, they truly went above and beyond. I was picking up food for a friend who was delayed at the airport. The kitchen staying open until 11:45 PM on a regular weekday during a non-peak time was impressive in itself. It got even better: as I was leaving with my friend’s order, I realized it didn’t seem like enough food for his family of six—only three items were on the receipt. After checking with my friend, we discovered the order should have included four hamburgers but only one was listed. Keep in mind, it was already 11:50 PM on a Tuesday, and the kitchen was supposed to be closed. I asked the manager if maybe there was a second bag that had been forgotten, but we learned my friend had only ordered one burger. Whose mistake it was—my friend’s or the staff’s—we’ll never know. But the manager called the kitchen back, and they made the three missing hamburgers. They could have reasonably charged extra for reopening the kitchen, and my friend would have gladly paid. Instead, they didn’t charge for one burger and even threw in some complimentary items. This was for a customer who will probably never return, as he was just passing through Miami for a connecting flight. While they may not see my friend again, you can be sure they will see me a lot more— I might even swing by for lunch soon! Thank you, Soho, for showing what true customer service looks like. If you ever get the chance, don’t hesitate to try this place!"

"I usually eat here, at least once a week. I usually ask for Felicia, who is great! She wasn 't here today. Im also a generous tipper. Today, I had a terrible experience with the Hostess. She wore a mask, but it stayed below her mouth. We sat near the entrance, already had our food on the table, and every time she coughed, it was towards our table. Didn 't turn her head the other way, or covered her mouth. I politely asked her if she could at least turn the other way when she coughs or put her mask on. She asked me if I wanted to move to another table. I had about 5 entrees on my table and my 92 year old mother in a wheelchair. I asked her if she could just turn her head when she coughs and not towards out table. She said, im going to call security! I told her I wanted a manager. She told me You started it! At first, the manager took her side, and asked me if I wanted to change tables. I told him why should I do that when all she needs to do is turn the other way when she coughs???I told him, I 'm Not here to cause any trouble, but it 's rude to cough towards your customers table while they 're trying to eat. I refuse to get sick because of that. He eventually apologized and I did accept it. On my way out as I was pushing my mother in her wheelchair, the hostess forcefully coughed our way. What a disgrace to the resturant! How can you hire rude, inconsiderate, people like that and try to back them up???? AND THEY THREATEN TO CALL SECURITY OVER COMPLAINING ABOUT A MASK AND A COUGH ?????WOW!!!! Sounds like you 'll need an attorney just to dine here. I hope the whole world reads this. I did like to come here, but I would rather spend my money where people are treated with respect."
