"The only thing that was good was the “Crab Rangoons”! The “Egg Rolls”, “Shrimp Rolls” and “Shrimp With Lobster Sauce” were all just “ok”! Even though the shrimp were very small in the “Shrimp With Lobster Sauce” at least that meal was tasty! The “Grandfather Shrimp”, “Wonton Soup” and “Fried Wontons” were “terrible”! The “Grandfather Shrimp” was all breading and it tasted terrible! It has to be the worst I’ve ever had! The “Fried Wontons” and the “Wonton Soup’s” pork tasted weird and the “Fried Wontons” were very greasy! I wouldn’t have minded spending $125.00 if the food was good! A lesson learned I won’t be ordering from here again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE “AT ALL”!!!"

"I tried this restaurant while visiting from out of town and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Singapore Chow MI Fun and an egg roll. The Singapore Chow MI Fun was extremely salty, with uneven distribution of seasoning. The egg roll was bland, oily, and dripping with excessive oil. The only positive aspect was the food presentation, but overall, the dishes were not well-prepared. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the head chef needs to ensure that his cooks are properly executing their responsibilities."

"I love the different types of Asian foods that they have and they offer samples so you can try before you buy; especially when you're looking for something simple and delicious to eat after a day of shopping and don't feel like cooking at home. The service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable especially when you're looking to feed a family of four or more."

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is efficient and always attentive to the tables, although they can be a bit too quick to clear plates. It's always busy on weekends, so I recommend getting there early to secure a table. They offer authentic Cantonese dishes and dim sum, although it can be a bit pricey. I was shocked to hear that the restaurant had a fire and had to close, but I hope it reopens soon. I can't wait to have their authentic dim sum again!"

"Tried this place for the first time last Saturday night. Went by the reviews and also just moved near there. Now I have lived all over the US and have had different styles of Chinese food. I love it. Eat it once a week. This place was awful. Lets start with the Szechuan Chicken, deep fired soggy mess. Took one bite and spitted it out. Wonton soup was bland. Sweet and sour pork was deep fried but tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps and got dried out. The only thing that was edible was the Salt and Pepper chicken wings but once again the chicken was dry. I tossed $45 worth of food in the trash and went to Panda Express which was 10 times better, lol."

"This place has good Thai food but it doesn?t handle volume well (maybe lack of employees? . Most recent visit was on a Monday evening around 7pm and there were only 4-5 tables seated. We made a take out order and the woman at the front, although nice, was not very proactive in helping us place our order even after we said we were ready to order (she just went on to do other things and then looked at us slowly and suddenly remembered . It also took over 30 minutes to get 3 items. Honestly I would probably just go across the street to Simply Thai for faster service ?????"

"I used to order from here all the time. Back in 2011-2017, I would order food from Thai Satay for delivery at least 2-3 times a week, and also order catering from them regularly. Their food was yummy and fresh. During COVID shutdowns I didn't have to go to work on a daily basis--the same as most in the area. It appears that the quality has gone downhill in that time. To provide an example of what has changed, I have always loved their Basil Fried Chicken Wings. Except, the last few times I've ordered it the chicken tastes like it was microwaved to death before being fried, The chicken is dry, hard, and barely edible. Another example is their Pad Thai which seemed to have far fewer ingredients than before and on the bland side. I hope they make changes to bring back the flavor and quality they used to have. Their food has been disappointing the last couple of years."

"we stole from lemongrass thai yesterday. we have the noodles, fresh spring rolls and red Thai curry. each article was tasteful on request, spice level and changed as desired! the portions are generous and the content is high quality and fresh. the noodle dish was cooked to perfection. the red curry was creamy and extremely tasteful. one we noticed was less choice of veggies. Typically, I see more mushrooms, more broccoli..We are glad that we tried to rush out of lemongrass. Now we know that we have a solid Thai option in beautiful livermore."

"My daughters and I traveled to Utah to visit family and they were so impressed by this place they wanted to share it with us! Best Chinese food I've ever had! My daughter has been searching for a place that could match the orange chicken she used to have in college, for years! She found it here! We also ordered the sweet and sour combination and the Singapore Rice Noodle and it was so very good! They were generous with their portions and the service was great! I would definitely recommend Chin … – show"

"I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats, so I cannot speak to the service or ambience of the actual restaurant. My wife and I both ordered Pad Thai and Crab Cheese Wontons. The Pad Thai was flavorful and the Crab Cheese Wontons were delicious."

"Ordered sweet and sour chicken via DoorDash. $24 for over cooked chicken with no white rice. Every other Asian food shop has white rice included. Fry Pan wants extra money for something that should already come with it. Attempted a few bites, but it's in the trash now. Used to be decent enough, but quality has gone completely. $12.95 for a small portion and no rice?! You get more for your money at the Safeway, and that's better quality. Avoid at all cost. Plenty of Asian food shops in the area. In response to the Fry Pan response: I'm well aware that I ordered through DoorDash, since I mentioned it originally. That doesn't negate that your quality of food was trash. $13 for a small portion and no rice (simply because I didn't click a box and pay more money) is a complete rip off. Especially when the food was way over cooked."

"If you're in Carmel, you'll find that there aren't many Chinese restaurants to choose from. If you're craving some, this is a great option! The location is excellent, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The portion sizes are generous, so you’re sure to leave feeling satisfied. The menu features traditional dishes that are cooked authentically and offered at reasonable prices, especially for this area. So skip PF Chang's and give this place a try instead!"

"In comparison to Panda Express, this restaurant is like night and day. I would choose Panda any day over this place. The food here clearly has MSG in it, and the quality is lacking. I feel like I could cook better than their dishes, even if it was my first time attempting. The selection is okay, but the overall quality is poor. It's not the cheapest option either. I've seen Chinese food for $1.35 per dish in Berkeley, so paying $5.25 for two items of rice here feels like a rip off. This place is definitely a last resort. I would rather drive a few miles further to Rivermark and enjoy Yan Can's Americanized Chinese food, which would bring tears of joy compared to this."
