"I ordered 2 lattes here which were served to me and my girlfriend at room temperature. The barista re-made it for us. However, the end product was watery and tasteless, so I dumped it out. Waste of money.I've been to this place before and at another location as well. I'm not impressed at all. Both places are noisy and I don't appreciate walking into an establishment where the employees are going back and forth (loudly) in Portuguese. So between the poorly made drinks, environment, staff, and no break in the price, you earned yourself a 1 star."

"One star feels harsh, but all this place has is location and a nice wooden table. The iced coffee is always acidic. I have the worse heartburn after drinking their iced coffee. Sometimes it tastes like burnt popcorn and you have to add a ton of cream and sugar to make it drinkable. After dealing with mediocre iced coffee for years I switched to Americanos thinking a freshly pulled espresso shot would ameliorate any taste and inadequate coffee brewing skills and boy was I wrong. When you order a medium Americano you'll get 1 or 2 espresso shots in the coffee it tastes like milk with water. It's absurd to me that a coffee establishment can't brew nice light roasted iced coffee and now they can't pull an espresso shot?! That's why I give this coffee establishment 1 star. The lemon biscotti is decent, but all the other food is as taste less as the coffee. Train your staff to make coffee replace old coffee pull an espresso shot and dump it into dairy before 4 seconds so it doesn't taste like burnt dirt. I had such a disgusting, stale, and acidic coffee from Common Grounds that I had to leave work and go home and was physically ill. Common Grounds is overrated and unfortunately you get better service and product at local fast food coffee than Common Grounds."
