"The fried dumplings were a major disappointment compared to what they used to be. They used to be served in a nice round pie pan and were a good size, about 2 to 3 inches, with plenty of meat packed inside. Now, they are barely the size of a chicken nugget, with more dough than meat, squeezed into the smallest container they have—the same one the white rice used to come in. They didn't taste good either; the oil seemed off.
As for the combo dinner, it normally comes with fried rice that used to be full of visible chunks of vegetables, eggs, and pork, giving it a great texture. What I received was mushy rice that tasted bland, with barely any ingredients in it that I had to dig through to find.
I understand that the economy has been tough for everyone, but sacrificing quality will only drive away customers. I am truly disappointed that this establishment has reached this point after 20 years of loyalty."
