"First of all, I really love your restaurant! However, this experience was not great. I ordered an 8 oz filet cooked medium, but it came out medium rare. The broccoli was cold, but the hot potatoes were the best part. My steak was so cold that the butter didn’t even melt. Our server, Connor, asked me how everything was after I had finished my meal (I was playing cards with friends) and mentioned the flavors were on point, but everything was cold. He immediately looked disappointed and offered to bring over a manager to discuss a possible discount. I declined, as I wanted to give them another chance. I reminded him that we keep coming back because I’ve always had good experiences here, and I love your filets and the aroma!"

"Was at The Grand and wanted to see the restaurant hanging in the hotel. The food was great, the drinks were not bad (our waitress said the bartender was new and you could say how long it took to get our drinks) and the service was good, but sometimes slow. Signs to meet and wait in front of the restaurant to sit. That was kind of unpleasant because we waited almost 5-10 minutes without being welcomed by a host. Finally, it was a server that sat and took our order. The restaurant was quite empty for us, not seen or make it seem like the staff was too busy. Overall not bad, but would have had a bit more attention"
