"The place is fantastic; I love the city view and the decor. The food was excellent as well. However, the service was disappointing. It started with valet parking—there was only one attendant on a busy Saturday night, and we waited about 40 minutes in line to park our car. I will definitely take an Uber next time. Once we got inside, there was no hostess present, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us. When we mentioned this to the bartender, she found it amusing, but we were all just frustrated. A party of two who had come in their own car ended up leaving, as they were in line behind us and waited almost an hour without being seated."
