"Service does have its issues as some people stated in reviews below. Service isn't the best and not all the same each time . Short staffed, takes long time to take down our order or come back to refill drinks . But I can say once our breakfast arrives , it's delicious and tasty and you forget all about anything else. Food is consistent each time as I usually get breakfast items as it should be when ordering from Denny's as it's known for. Lumberjack Slam is the best and sampler platter with cheese sticks and onion rings are delicious and best I've tasted against other places . I also noticed past few times. 1 side is always packed , and the other side is closed and empty, for employees to eat ? I'm not sure but would help if they open up both sides since they keep 1 side full of people with no masks, that I usually opt to take my food to go, Still , to go is pretty quick and maybe other empty side can be a waiting area then for a table to free up on other side?"

"The service was awful, I understand it was a busy day they had 2 servers and about maximum 7 tables and online orders me and my family where sat on a table and told there was a 45-1 hour wait we were ok with that due to seeing they were busy with online orders understandable... once we were seated we got our order taken about 10 minutes or so understandable time goes by we see tables that came after us getting their food quicker when ordering we asked for ranch and barbecue) when the server brought us our food we asked for ranch and barbecue once again our server said ill be right with you a minute passes bye ,2,3,4,5 and we see the server giving other customers things that they asked for practically ignoring our table and my daughter cannot eat her chicken strips without barbecue she says it lacks flavor so she didn 't eat at all our drinks became empty and when we tried to get a servers attention they would ignore us and go back to tables they were previously helping ignoring our request for barbecue and ranch we got tired of waiting for our server and so we asked the other server for the ranch and barbecue so my daughter can eat this server said the same thing I 'll get that right for you time passes nothing and we see her giving things for another table , my family decided to leave as we were going to pay we demanded for a discount and to speak to the manager and the manager came up didn 't say a word at all she gave us a 6$ discount which to me isn 't enough for the awful service provided the no refills and no barbecue and ranch after repeatedly asking"

"Worst experience I have ever had for a birthday. Denny’s sent me an email for a “birthday promotion” since I have had an account with them for over a year. I went there with my girlfriend today and showed the email to the kind waitress and proceeded to order the “FREE Triple Double Slam” for my birthday and a couple of other items. After we ate I showed the manager the email again and then they told me they don’t know how to find the Barcode they need to scan so will be forced to pay for the item which is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING to scam me into getting something I had no intention getting otherwise. After the manager refused to help me locate the so called barcode he then started to belittle me and proceeded to publicly humiliated by claiming that quote:“it’s not his fault I am BROKE” and “that I shouldn’t go out if I don’t have the money”. During this whole process I staid calmed even when manager kept insulting me for coming there for my birthday. I was then forced to pay for the items and even left a tip since it wasn’t the waiters fault the management was so terrible at Denny’s. UNBELIEVABLE way to start your day! Can’t believe Denny’s would allow managers like this to interrogate their customers over a promotional item.?"

"The wait staff was on it! The food is Denny's food. It's been five years since I stepped foot in a Denny's. I have no reason to go back. Got a burger and fries. It was fine. Nothing to talk about. The staff were awesome and seemed to work their butts off. I've never set out to go to Denny's I've just ended up there. That will not change."

"I just wanted to share my experience that I had last night here. The waitress was super attentive and made sure my friend and I had everything needed. She noticed that food was taking a bit so she went to check on the slip and they ended up losing it. They had to put the order back in and they rushed it. She had apologized over and over and even offered us free salad or desert on the house. We took the desert and she also gave us one to go! When we went to check out, the store manager had informed us that it was going to be a couple minutes before we could cash out because the machine was down and we said it was completely fine. The waitress that was standing there had told him about our whole experience we had from waiting for our food to accidentally spilling my coffee everywhere! She said that we were super respectful and made what could have been a crappy situation for them into a good one. The store manager then asked to see our check and told us he would pay the bill for us. I was honestly shocked beyond belief and when I got in the car I started crying at how unbelievably thankful I was for this guy. It just shows that patients and manners in a restaurant setting goes a long way! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!"

"As a single father of two, I really appreciate that kids eat free every night from 4 to 10 PM. My son and I went to Denny's on Wednesday, March 23, 2017, around 4:35 PM. The restaurant was clean, and we were seated quickly. Our server, Jake, promptly took our drink orders and made us feel at home. He was well-groomed and professional. Our food arrived quickly, and it was hot and delicious. Overall, our experience at Denny's was fantastic!"

"We had a wonderful dining experience with both excellent food and service. We ordered various dishes, and everything was delicious. I tried the salmon, and it was surprisingly well-cooked and flavorful. I didn't expect a seafood restaurant to offer such high quality, so I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick, too. We arrived around 5:00 PM when it wasn't too crowded, so I recommend going at that time if you want to avoid a wait."

"The coffee was cold, and it took too long to get refills. Our server didn't check in on us, so getting a second cup was impossible. For some reason, they were only using one side of the restaurant, which made it feel overcrowded. The food was decent, but it looked like it had been hastily plated. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon."

"My family regulars this Denny's a couple of times a month. The daytime wait staff is amazing. They remember our preferences and treat us like family every time we come in. The food is as expected from a Denny's. Nothing to rave about but our orders come out right every time. I would have given 5 stars, however, during our most recent visit, we came in the evening for dinner. The place was understaffed, the waitress was rude and extremely poor. We were there 30 minutes before a drink order was taken, and the waitress only stopped at our table twice in a 90 minute period. The busboy ended up getting us our ticket and refills most the night, but only after we flagged him over. The waitress blatantly ignored us multiple times. My recommendation... Go in the morning or lunch hour. The staff will treat you and go above and beyond a typical Denny's. Don't waste your money on that night staff though. Hopefully they will replace that staff and get the 5 star rating the rest of the employees deserve."
