"This was wonderful experience from top to bottom, I am in the middle of a unexpected travel stop and am in normal clothes, I wasn't made to feel shabby or underdressed at this fine establishment. I thoroughly enjoy the wait staff, they were experienced, well spoken and very well versed in pairing and their traditional menu. They have a excellent alchohol selection ranging from decently priced to extravagant. Alot of great whiskey pairing choices for their steaks in my humble opinion. The Bistecca alla Florentina was beautifully cooked and perfectly seasoned. It was prepped exactly as I requested and that was appreciated. The accoutrements were very delicious and flavorful as well, the homeade bread and fresh butter with fresh tapenade was a exquisite way to start the meal. Overall this is was a great dining experience in a beautifully understated restaurant."
