"This experience was incredibly frustrating. We waited a long time to be seated, then spent 25 minutes waiting to sit outside at empty tables. After that, we waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we decided to leave, the waiter told us not to go because our food was finally on its way. To top it off, the manager seemed more interested in looking good than providing any real help. This was definitely not worth my money, and I didn't leave a tip. If you want to succeed in the service industry, customer service needs to be a priority. I will absolutely never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone! On a positive note, the bill arrived quickly, like a flash."
