"On May 12, 2021, my department placed an order, but a full pizza was missing from it. Fortunately, we weren't charged for it. We also received three orders of breadsticks when we only wanted two, and one of those was supposed to be the free one you used to offer in the Moon Township online ordering system (which hasn’t been working for months).
Additionally, the marinara sauce for the breadsticks has become watery, whereas it used to be thicker and more flavorful. The pizza crust has deteriorated as well. If the Moon Township location is just using the La Felice name without truly being part of the brand, it’s time to reconsider that. I haven’t visited your Ross Township or Squirrel Hill locations, but the service and quality at Moon Township are tarnishing the La Felice reputation."
