"Our experience at the restaurant fell short of expectations. We only saw our waiter when we had to flag him down for assistance. My beef burrito was disappointing, as I struggled to find any beef in it. We ordered Nachos Grande as an appetizer, but our entrees arrived before the nachos did. After I mentioned to our waiter that my meal was unsatisfactory, he took it away without much response. Later, when I inquired about the nachos, he brought them out, but they were clearly sitting for a while and had turned into a gooey mess. There were supposed to be pieces of chicken on them, but we only found a few, and most of the plate was just piled high with lettuce. Unfortunately, what I got to celebrate my birthday was poor service, cold, poorly prepared food, and a lack of acknowledgment from the waiter about my complaints. The cashier did ask about my experience, but he didn't offer to make things right. On a positive note, the band playing that night was enjoyable."
