"I spent $15 on a small portion of chicken enchiladas that clearly showcased the skills of a talented chef. Unfortunately, the rice was dry and clumpy, and the mole sauce was similarly rough and lacking moisture. I had high hopes for this new restaurant, but I ended up spending $60 on a meal that was disappointing. There were only two waitresses working, and the service left much to be desired; they checked on us just once. I needed a drink refill, but since I was only having water, the waitress seemed uninterested and left before I had the chance to ask. It was unclear whether they were the owners or just staff, but one of the girls never returned to our table, so we eventually went to the counter to pay, where two other female employees were standing—one of them was on the phone the entire time. Looking back, I should have reconsidered when I walked into an empty restaurant at 3 PM. Lesson learned."
