"I have been dining at this restaurant for a few years now. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced. In my opinion, they serve some of the best pizza in the area. They often have specials available as well. Recently, they catered for a party I hosted. The food was delivered on time and still warm. The delivery driver was friendly, and the owner helped us with planning the delivery. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5."

"This is, without a doubt, the dirtiest restaurant I have ever encountered. There were mice and roaches, and it obviously violated health codes. The management is unprofessional, and the overall experience is highly inconsistent. I want to clarify that I am not a disgruntled former employee. "This place is the absolute worst! I have to keep reminding myself and others to STOP ordering from them. They never ever get an order right! If they don’t have something in stock, they deliver the food without any regard or chance to substitute. You have to call the restaurant and find out AFTER the food is delivered. What???? I will never order from them again. After spending $109 on food, I would have expected better. The quality is poor along with their attention to detail. Also, please don’t advertise for free delivery when it’s not free.Get better, do better. Thanks,!"

"The prices for gluten-free options at this restaurant are outrageous. Anyone with a basic understanding of economics can see the obvious discrepancies here. The pizza itself was just average—definitely not impressive. The owner should rethink the pricing strategy. If a 10-inch pizza costs $11.25 and there's a $2.75 surcharge for gluten-free, why is there a $4.00 surcharge for a gluten-free 14-inch pizza compared to the $23.75 price of a regular large? One would expect that a gluten-free 14-inch pizza would be priced somewhere between $11.25 and $23.75, but not here. I ended up paying $29 for my gluten-free pizza. Be prepared to pay more for less at this establishment."

"The French fries were absolutely amazing! So delicious. I ordered the cheese ravioli but ended up with tortellini by mistake. However, it turned out to be fantastic! "Alexa is an amazing server. She truly cares for her customers and makes an effort to engage with each one, no matter how busy it gets. She works incredibly hard but never forgets a smile or to attend to anyone! If she's working, make sure to ask for her service—you won't be disappointed. Just be sure to tip well because the level of service you receive is outstanding. The DJ and live music are fantastic, and their drink specials are excellent. Now that things are reopening, it’s nice to see places like this that have safety measures in place, requiring masks except when at your table. "I found the Montana Burger to be dry, and the beef was overcooked. It had a slight smokiness from the BBQ sauce, which the bun and onion rings soaked up. The cheese melted together with the onion rings, but it didn't improve the overall experience. As for the Personal Cheesesteak Stromboli, it was underwhelming at best. The beef was cooked too long and was crispy, while the unseasoned cheese leaked out of the stromboli instead of melding with the meat. I also noticed a strange blue cheese flavor in the cheese, which raised concerns about its storage or whether it was nearing its expiration. We ordered these items through a buy-one-get-one offer, and on the plus side, the food came out quickly. However, I can't see myself returning at regular menu prices."

"Upon entering L D Tacos and Pizza, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. They offer a wide variety of options on their menu, but I must say that the chicken tacos and pork and cheese pupusas were absolutely delicious! "Who doesn't love DiCarlo's?! I'm not even from Virden, but I absolutely adore it, and my kids do too! The sauce, the cheese, the toppings—everything is fantastic! My husband is from Virden, but we live in St. Louis, and we can never find green olives anywhere else. DiCarlo's is the only place I'll ever order ham on my pizza. I can't wait until they reopen the dining area so we can bring my mother-in-law when we visit. For now, curbside service will have to do! The service is great, and the staff is always friendly. Without a doubt, the best!"
