"I had the worst pizza experience of my life the other night (3-29-2022) when I visited this restaurant with a friend. We ordered a supreme pizza, and all it had was some terrible, rotten cheese that was inedible and just a sprinkle of sausage. I am planning to contact the owner today because they really need to reconsider their quality, and I want my money back! For anyone looking for great pizza, I highly recommend The Corner Stop across the street, where a loaded supreme pizza actually delivers what you expect!"

"Absolutely the greasiest cheese bread I've ever seen in my life. My girlfriend set the cheese bread box and pizza box on the dash for a moment and it literally poured out a pool of Grease on the dash from the box, at least 4 oz of Grease dumped out onthe dash that I had to clean up. I ate the cheese bread and it tasted pretty good, she refused to eat it due to how greasy itwas. The pizza dough seemed to be undercooked and most got thrown away. We ordered ahead while we were still in Springfield andstill had to wait probably 15 minutes or so once arriving for the food to be ready to go. This was towards closing time sopossibly things were just not very good since they were about to close, I might be willing to try it again but I'm pretty suremy girlfriend would not be willing to give it another shot."

"I have only ordered takeout from this restaurant, and the food has been great so far. However, I recently tried to call to ask a few questions regarding a large order I wanted to place for tomorrow. The woman who answered was able to help with two of my questions (the number of slices in a sheet pizza and the flavors of wings, as I couldn't find that information online). When I mentioned that I was placing a preorder for tomorrow, she responded that it was 6:00 on a Saturday and then hung up on me. I'm disappointed by this experience; I was just trying to plan ahead for a party."

"Honestly I really didn't like the food. Besides it being messed up and I'm missing some toppings. The food tastes very generic. The Italian hoagie wasn't good. The chicken wings are so small. Not much flavor. I was told 45 mins for the wait time for my order. Well it was close to 2 hours when I got my food. I can't help but to repeat myself but this place is as generic as it comes. I will say the lady on the phone was very nice and pleasant. Very good customer service."

"The pizza crust was resembling cardboard—unpleasant to bite into and hard to digest. The spaghetti and macaroni and cheese were soggy and seemed like leftover lunch. I regret spending the $14.30 on the dinner buffet here; I would have been better off ordering from any other pizza place in town. I do not recommend this restaurant."

"As a resident of Enfield for over 50 years, I was surprised to discover that Rinaldi's was still open for business. I hadn't tried their food since I was a child, but after a friend had a delivery for our lunch today, I was blown away by how delicious their pizzas were. We tried the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pizza and the Steak Lovers Pizza, both of which were amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!"

"It was an amazing place to eat. The owner was so sweet. Really went out of their way for us and especially my grandsons. The food was amazing had the best chili for the hotdogs. Now I can't wait to go back Thursday for cabbage rolls. They have chef's special every night. And if you get salad or need dipping sauce you have to try her homemade yum yum sauce."

"Ordered from her while camping at Darien Lake. The pizza was good. Nothing wonderful, but certainly not bad either. The cashier was friendly and it only came to alittle over $20 for a large pizza (8 slices) with 3 extra toppings. Can't beat that when at Darien Lake its almost $10 for 1 slice of cheap pizza."
