"First, I was told I couldn't have more salsa, even though I had ordered four meals. Then, during my next visit, the cook gave me a strange look, which made me question the quality of my food. Finally, I had to wait a long time for my order, and when I got home, it was incorrect. That was three strikes for me, and I’ve decided not to return.
I can’t shake the feeling that I’m being racially profiled; I’m not sure why, but there are plenty of other places to dine, so it’s their loss. I’ve noticed a change, especially as my Mexican friends have started voicing their own complaints about the food and service.
As for parking, that’s not my main concern—it's the shift in food quality and service that troubles me. Nobody wants to feel unwelcome. I will never forget how the cook looked at me through the serving window, his expression filled with disdain and a frown. It made me consider canceling my order and leaving. He didn’t even know me, yet I found myself wondering what he might have done to my food.
After these experiences, I’ve decided I won’t be returning or recommending this establishment anymore. It takes time to build a reputation, but a few bad experiences can easily tear it down through poor service and customer dissatisfaction."
