"I’ve given Tacoria a few tries, hoping the experience would improve, but unfortunately, I’ve decided not to return. The food itself isn’t terrible—the ingredients seem decent—but the flavors just don’t come together in a way that makes sense. It feels like a fusion attempt that misses the mark, especially for a restaurant branding itself as Mexican. The dishes lacked the kind of bold, coherent seasoning you’d expect from that cuisine. What ultimately turned me off, though, was the front staff. On three separate visits, I encountered the same off-putting dynamic: cold, almost performative “Z-gen stares” at the register that made me feel unwelcome. It’s hard to describe, but the vibe felt detached and dismissive every time. That energy was enough to push me away for good.
