"I used to enjoy going to this restaurant, but an experience I had today has soured me on the establishment. I had in hand a coupon from a local publication indicating I could receive 1/2 off on a lunch combo. My wife and I ordered from the lunch combomenu, but when I went to pay, I noticed that the price was higher than that listed on the menu. The reason? It was a Sunday andthe very fine print on the menu indicates that lunch combos are only available Monday through Saturday. Worse, the fellow at theregister would not accept my coupon, even at the higher price, despite the fact that there was no indication that it was notvalid on Sunday. I blame the server to some extent for not pointing out that the lunch combos were not available on Sunday.All-in-all, a very disappointing experience and an example of poor customer relations."

"I can't believe I paid $32 for two hot dogs! Sure, they came with crinkle-cut fries, but I have to say, these were the worst hot dogs I've ever tasted. The fries were so salty that I couldn't even finish them, and I usually love salt! The hot dogs are enormous and messy; if you get one with chili, you'll definitely need a fork. If you don’t use a fork, you'll be better off wearing a bib just to handle the mess. It seems like they throw everything but the kitchen sink into the chili, so be sure to ask about the ingredients, as there might be things you don't want in there. Overall, just gross! This is my second visit, and the first time was just as disappointing with a terrible burger and chicken strips. The prices are outrageous. I won’t be coming back again!"

"I do have one suggestion: it would be great if Mexican restaurants served their chips and salsa warm, as it really elevates the dining experience. We will definitely return to sample more dishes from the menu! I wanted to add a bit more to my review. On September 18, 2021, we came back to celebrate my husband's 66th birthday and brought his sister along, since we had been raving about this place to her. She lives just a short walk away but hadn’t visited until now. The young man working there was incredibly kind—he opened the door for us and helped us find a table that accommodated all of us, as my sister-in-law uses a wheelchair, my husband had a rollator, and I use a cane. The service was quick, and as always, the food was hot and absolutely amazing! My sister-in-law immediately fell in love with Arturo's, and they did not disappoint. She mentioned she would definitely come back and joked that if she could, she'd be there every day, wishing they would deliver to her since she would be ordering daily! Overall, we left as happy new customers. My husband was thrilled to celebrate his birthday in such a fantastic place with delicious food. Thank you!"

"I walked in feeling hungry and excited to try the delicious aromas filling the air. I ordered the BBQ pizza and a Caesar salad, and the pizza was absolutely perfect. The crust was wonderfully crisp, while the sauce had a delightful balance of sweetness and smokiness that paired wonderfully with the chicken and peppers. The salad was fresh, and you could tell the dressing was homemade—it was delicious. I was truly impressed. I only managed to eat half of the pizza, so I took the leftovers back to my room for lunch the next day. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab it from the fridge when I checked out, and I was so disappointed when I realized! Big thanks to the chef for such an amazing meal!"

"We had a large party on a Wednesday night the day before Thanksgiving, the place was really busy, they accommodated our group and the server was right on top of our needs, while the kitchen was a little slow (packed restaurant), the food all came outpretty much came out around the same time, orders correct and drinks were flowing. Spent a good amount of time there, around 2.5hrs, but great service, I will definitely go back when I'm on that side of town."

"I visited the restaurant with a friend and ordered enchiladas with ground beef. Upon tasting the beef, I realized it was spoiled, and my friend agreed after trying it as well. We informed our waitress, who took the plate back to the kitchen. After about 10 minutes, she returned without much explanation about the bad meat. She mentioned that other customers had ordered it without issue and didn’t seem particularly concerned. We requested our check, which still included the enchiladas, and went to pay at the front. When we told the woman at the register about the spoiled meat, she also seemed unbothered. Her only response was that it was a closed ticket and she couldn’t make any changes. So we ended up paying for the rotten enchiladas! We were informed that the manager was not available either. Just five minutes into our drive home, I started feeling very nauseous and had to be sick as soon as I got home. Suffice it to say, we won’t be returning!"

"I've always enjoyed the food and service. I visited again with a friend and was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered my usual frozen margarita and was surprised when I observed the bartender doing everything but preparing it. The only other patrons were at one table, party of six. I asked the waitress several times about my margarita; she started the guy was making it. Thirty minutes later I observed him turning the margarita machine off and on several times. No one told me there was a problem with it ... Finally after 35 minutes I was served a margarita over ice... No explanation...."

"Came here for Cinco de mayo, service was fast but incredibly rushed even when we ordered a $50 margarita pitcher. I understand it's probably the busiest day for them but common... We didn't feel comfortable and we left after ordering 2 appetizers. Small portions and expensive for just Mexican food. Staff was nice except for one server who is probably the owner, had no idea what she was doing. Sorry but we're never coming back again. Better to just get some taco truck food and get $20 pitchers at Lucky 13..."

"I ordered POT ROAST and it took while to show up at the bar with the classic mini bar dining table experience. But still in what 's left of my mind is good sign in a restaurant, but, unfortunately, as in most restaurants the kitchen has issues. The plate came and the ample portion of I could sware was fresh yellow and green zucchini. The veggies made up for lack of dinner salad offered on the menu, but, the only choice was with either baked or deep fried potatoes french fires. Baked was accompanied by 2 plastico tubs one of margarina and the other one filled with sour cream which was ample for the potato size small but, whom in this day and age is not interested in gaining weight get it sort of ? Then came the small portion of POT ROAST. And irritating as it was a small portion similar to ordering a baseball steak Filet Magnon and expecting it to be a size of a baseball instead they served you the golf ball steak that 's the Wynn 's Jardin, this slice of Brisket Pot Roast was disappointing as compared to Chuck Roast Pot Roast two totally different experiences. And sadly most all of it was covered in salt suspended in a mixture of grease, butter?, flour, but, the main ingredient was salt that was palmed off as gravy. For this reason alone I try and order gravy on the side always We all know the ravages of Inflation the cost of a meal has doubled and there 's no denying that #TaitorJoe influences kitchens to be economically forced to square root the portions raising the portion allotment of food to the power of 1/2. But, my indiscretions were instantly forgotten as I hit a dirty royal playing duces on the video poker machine at the bar. Two thumbs up!!!"

"If I could give extra stars for the atmosphere and for our server Jenn, I absolutely would. I was looking to pass the time and was hungry, completely unaware of my surroundings when I stumbled upon this hidden gem. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Jenn was incredibly friendly and suggested the fried fish tacos, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. They were delicious, with flavors that perfectly complemented each other. The decor inside was so vibrant and fun that I couldn't help but snap photos throughout my visit. I'm really glad I discovered this place. The homemade salsa and chips were amazing as well!"

"I attended a surprise birthday party at El Patron Mexican Grill this past weekend. The food and service were amazing!! Honestly, I was expecting mediocre Mexican food. It was far from it. YUM!
