"Wow! I went to pick up a takeout order and everything was messed up! The chips were rubbery, and there was no salsa included. I specifically asked for rice and beans on the side, but they completely forgot those. Instead, they put refried beans on the Torta, which I didn't request. I also asked for cheese on the tacos, but that was missing as well. I'm more than happy to pay for quality food and service, but with so many errors, it’s really frustrating. We had to return and address the issues all over again. When we called to let the woman at the counter know about the problems with our order, she seemed completely unaware. A reputable establishment would recognize their mistakes and make an effort to correct them."
