"Definitely one of the best steak houses I've been too. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of food. I started with the lobster bisque. The presentation was top notch, but I've definitely had better bisque from other restaurants. This dish was the only underwhelming part if my whole experience here. Lacked flavor and lobster. Things became exponentially better from there. Next I had the wagyu tartar with caviar. Melt in your mouth good, and I highly recommend you get a little bit of everything when taking a bite. All the flavors come together so well. For the entrée I had their prized Australian wagyu strip loin that is hard to put into words just how good it was. So rich and buttery, and the perfect amount of tender. I opted for the truffle butter on top, and had the roasted jalapeños on the side to spice up a bite here and there. (If you've never had jalapeños with your steak, I recommend giving it a try). Also, do not neglect the roasted garlic they give you. Put a clove on one of your bites, and go to heaven for just a minute. I had the sautéed mushrooms for my side that were cooked perfectly. Had a good meaty consistency, and a nice buttery flavor to them. My friend had the asparagus that was really good with the fire roasted lemon drizzled on top. For dessert I had the creme brulee, and again, the presentation was top notch. Nice crunchy top, and good vanilla custard. I would eat here again and again. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're craving a good steak in a fine dining setting. "The restaurant’s décor was quite appealing, and it was nearly full at the time, with just a few tables open. It took about five minutes for someone to greet us and take our drink order. My martini arrived about five minutes later and was well-made for $13. Most of the wine list featured California selections, but I found a nice French Chateau De Pez priced at $100, which was enjoyable despite its young age. We decided to skip an a la carte salad or appetizer. My wife ordered a 10 oz filet mignon, cooked medium with Béarnaise sauce, while I opted for the very rare tuna, sharing a side of Goose Fat Potatoes. After sending back an incorrect unopened bottle of wine and ordering another martini, our meals arrived approximately 30 minutes later. My tuna was cooked perfectly as I'd requested, but my wife’s steak was charred and well overcooked, with a prominent smell of charcoal, and it came without the Béarnaise sauce. I spent about eight minutes trying to flag down a staff member. Eventually, a porter came by to take my request. A manager arrived shortly after with the sauce, but there was no apology for the oversight. We decided not to send back the meal, knowing it would take too long given the slow service. Our waiter came by only after we had finished eating, and he offered a brief, unacknowledged apology about the issues with the steak. Unfortunately, no manager followed up on our concerns. Dessert was mediocre, but they did comp it. Overall, the service felt overwhelmed, and there was a noticeable lack of managerial presence. I left feeling very disappointed, especially considering the total bill with tax and tip was $240. It was a complete disaster with the steak, poor management, and I would say that The Strip House of Naples is not yet ready for prime time."
