"Went here last night with my girlfriends. I arrived a little bit later as they were already there, 5:30ish. They had already ordered as it was Happy Hour. I wanted to place an order as well but no one had come to our table. Our server don't come til 30 minutes later and I placed my order. I remembered the timing because HH was almost order. More of our girlfriends arrived, so we asked to move to a bigger table. When we changed tables, my order already arrived and my friend who placed her order right before my arrival didn't get her food yet. My other friends who just arrived placed their order and it came out right away, yet the one who ordered at 5:30 didn't get her order yet. We asked one of the servers who brought our drinks if they can check on the order and he said I'm not your server and left. At that point we were fed up and asked for the manager. He eventually comped the food, but her food didn't come out til an hour and a half after she ordered it. They have HORRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE!As far as the food, 3 of us ordered the fish and chips. I asked them what they thought of it and we all agreed, the fish taste like those frozen fish sticks you buy from the grocery store. I asked my friend (the one who waited an hour and a half) how her food was and she said it was ehhhh. The artichoke dip was the only thing that was good."
