I was surprised that the Dan Dan Noodles were a bit spicy and not saucy, and the Ali Shan Jin Xuan tea was served hot. They should really mention these details in the descriptions. Additionally, it would have been nice if the noodles were mixed with the sauce beforehand, as they tended to stick together and were difficult to separate. On the positive side, I appreciated that they left the teabag in the cup so you could dilute it with more water for a second serving, and it's clear they used high-quality tea leaves."
