"So this was MY experience the first time here. Mind you, my husband and I both are from Miami. We ate Fritanga food often.We walked in. They were at a table working and the older lady turned her head and asked what we wanted. My husband replied rice/beans, fried cheese, plantains, and grilled steak. A typical meal that Fritangas sold. We didn't ask a price. We never were offered a menu to see a price. We were just so excited. We ordered one plate to try and if it was good we would be ordering three more plates.They brought us the food. We went to go pay before eating as this is the respectful thing to do. I open the plate while my husband pays. They tried to charge us $18 for one plate!! It was maybe 2 to 3 OUNCES of meat, two scoops of rice, four pieces of plantain, and one piece of fried cheese. This is INSANE. The gentleman ringing us up got very mad at the older lady because she did not offer us a menu or advise of the price.We left without eating. I bet the place is good but charging way too much for very little food.Very very dissatisfied."
