"Amidst the bustle of the city, nestled away in a humble corner, lies a treasure trove of flavors a ramen joint where the broth is simmered to perfection, and the noodles are the stuff of dreams. The spicy chicken ramen is a revelation, with just the right balance of heat and umami topped with perfectly fried slices of tonkatsu and ground pork, while the Ichiraku ramen was a delicious ode to tradition with a creamy chicken broth with chicken katsu, perfectly soft boiled eggs, bamboo shoots, and corn. The dishes stood out with the inclusion of one of my favorite chili powders in the world; authentic Japanese Nanami Togarashi chili powder, a blend of red chili peppers, orange peel, black sesame, white sesame, Japanese pepper, ginger, and seaweed. The complex mixture of flavors added a delightful dimension to the already spectacular ramen. We admittedly went excessive by ordering a fried 'Hit Roll ', but it was a revelation, reminding me of my beloved jalapeno poppers, but with an incredible addition of smoky salmon flavor. It was so good that I might just have to borrow this idea for my own jalapeno poppers from now on. The combination of the smoked salmon and cream cheese with a touch of heat from the jalapenos and sriracha, with the sweetness of the eel sauce, was an absolute delight, and I can 't recommend it enough. As we slurped up the noodles, we couldn 't help but notice their perfect texture. The chef, working in front of us, must have read our minds, as he asked how we liked them. When we told him that they were spot on, he explained that he 'd been searching for the right noodles for years and thanks to his wife 's fluency in Japanese, he 'd finally found them from a Japanese supplier. One thing to note is their spicy scale, which officially ranges from one to five. Yet, for the daring and the bold, I highly recommend the level 10, which delivered a fiery kick that was just perfect. For the second time, our meal was filled with laughter thanks to the staff; a charming, Korean husband and wife team, who were warm and welcoming, adding to the already wonderful experience. In short, this is a spot that should not be missed, a true gem that will leave your taste buds singing with joy. The experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can 't wait to come back and try more of their menu."

"3/5 for the food1/5 for the service5/5 for the locationMy friend and I wanted to catch up and find a restaurant that served some soup that was near our house, so she recommended this place! This is a good place that 's quick and fast. If you 're looking for high quality, I do not recommend, but if you 're looking for a fast food version of Ramen, I would come through as it 's not bad. I would definitely come back here if I 'm craving Ramen and don 't want to drive far. Food: I had to do my go to ramen order: Miso House Ramen. My friend ordered the Black Garlic Ramen. We shared the kaarage appetizers. Overall, it was adequate. There was nothing spectacular about the ramen it got the job done. There was 2 small pieces of chasu, corn, green onions, and a decent amount of ramen. When you add the Miso Ramen and Kaarage, it was a satisfying meal. I think without the kaarage, you might still be a little hungry. I do think that the ramen is overpriced. For how much you pay, I feel like the portion should be a little bigger. They should add more soup and noodles. Service: Nowhere to be found. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so maybe they just forgot about us? After we sat, ordered, and got our food, they never visited us again. I couldn 't track anyone down for water. I had to stand up to remind them we were here so I could get the check. Not the best. Location: It 's in the same plaza as Michael 's, Target, and is right next to Gamestop Carters. There 's parking right in front! Super easy getting in and getting out. I didn 't check out the bathrooms, but given how small the restaurant is, it may be a small bathroom too. Not sure. Overall I guess I will come here if I ever want Ramen and am too lazy to drive all the way down to Japantown or San Mateo. It 's quick and i 'm sure the quality is the same if I ordered to go."
