"Absolutely me and my wife's favorite Shabu spot in the bay for AYCE Shabu Shabu. We've been coming here since prepandemic and the server Teresa would always take care of us and offer friendly service. It's easy to make a reservation through Yelp. The interior feels cozy and has stuff animals on the bench seating with pictures and details of the broths they offer on the right wall.The numerous broths they offer are all flavorful and unique which you can't find at most shabu/hot pot places. Our personal favorites are: 1) Szechuan spicy pickled cabbage which is peppery and sour with a bit of a kick.2) Sukiyaki broth which is savory and sweet that compliments and enhances the sweetness of the nicely marbled wagyu beef they offer. This is the broth we miss from Japan that this place satisfies our craving for.3) Spicy miso which is common amongst shabu restaurants but they add more miso in theirs which taste more flavorful and is actually spicy.We always order the wagyu beef which they slice thinly and the meat is well marbled so it melts in your mouth, our second favorite is the New Zealand lamb which always taste fresh and not gamey at all.Here are our favorites from the menu that's included in the AYCE:Vegetable platter Can't decide? "A reasonable shop to get your boba fix at, but certainly not my first choice. Their boba is reasonably chewy, but definitely softer than optimal. Sugar content and tea quality seems to vary a lot (we both got 50% sweet and one was way too mild). Although their humongous bucket sizes are amusing and apparently cost effective, their teas just don 't hit the right notes to make a convincing melody.The shop does also have snacks and fried goodies, but we had come from a nearby dinner so that wasn 't at the top of our list. Taro smoothie 3/5The taro smoothie seemed good, with a good level of sweetness and a decent taro flavor. However, it didn 't taste terribly fresh and was more powdery than anything else. Caramel milk tea 2.5/5Unfortunately, the caramel flavor in this drink was extremely light. The tea itself was quite mild, and the caramel flavor was even milder. Perfectly fine to sip on if you need some hydration, but there 's definitely better out there. Overall, this boba shop was not bad, but it didn 't wow me either. Decent boba, but hard to gauge quality of drinks as they varied from okay to 'meh '. The taro smoothie was enjoyable, but could have been fresher. The caramel milk tea was a letdown, with the caramel flavor being extremely subtle. The spot might be worth a visit, but I wouldn 't go out of my way to come here."

"I really enjoy their teas. I've been ordering their Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea for some time now, and each time, they've been spot on. They always get the sugar levels just right, and the flavor is consistently excellent. They're also the only place I know that offers matcha crystals as an add-on! I wish they were closer to where I live, but I'm glad they're nearby my workplace!"

"I went to try teazu because my friend came to visit and he was craving something similar to boba sweet teas and popcorn chicken. We went and I ordered a very unique meal. The meal included calamari and a Vietnamese rice paper salad with beef jerky and garlic rice paper shredded with egg. It was weird, it coat about 18 dollars for the concoction and the calamari was about 7 dollars. The calamari was really tasty a bit sweet and salty but it was delicious. I'm sure it had bad stuff in it and fried in inflammatory oils and also had been drenched with MSG because I had a stomache problem the day after. The food itself was okay the rice paper with beef jerky was strange but it tasted decent. The texture was odd though. It was like eating paper but had flavor. The overall price for value was crazy. It was like the size to feed about a family of 6 people I got it in a tray. And that was a medium! They had a large and I couldn't fathom how huge that could be. Probably a huge storage box full of that stuff. The ambiance was in a strange parking lot surrounded by building that look like it came from 200 BC and was the only place one past midnight. The service was antisocial. The workers never talked in the front, they prepared the food in the back and person quickly gave out the food after it was made. The bathroom is hidden on a dark corner without any light. The food in terms of value was good, defintely one of the strangest foods I ever had. I never seen this type of food before but they really cater to boba drink lovers. Since I didn't have any boba I cannot judge, however, when reading the menu I saw that the boba drink ingredients were towards the sugary side so I defintely want to stay away. It was worth coming once, but if I had to come again, defintely get the small size of the garlic rice paper noodle box because I couldn't even finish a 4th of it on my own and I ate a ton of that stuff. The texture was off and seems like it should have been boiled prior to serving but I guess you eat it like that. The total was about 30 dollars."

"Yeah, I finally got to try Porco Ramen. I wanted to try this place for the longest time because my YouTube viewer Ian Jose recommended it to me, but I wasn't able to because they weren't open on weekends. Now, they're open on Saturdays, so I was able to swing by to try a bowl of ramen. I will say, I really love their menu. They have many eccentric items on their menu, such as Truffle Ramen, Sous Vide Pork Cheek, and Truffle fries. I appreciate the variety that they offer. Everything that I tried was pretty good, but not mind blowing. The Sous Vide Pork Cheek was the standout: Pork Cheek AKA Apple is one of my favorite cuts of meat to get at KBBQ, so it was awesome being able to have it in my Ramen. Interestingly enough, since it was cooked sous vide, it was much softer and more tender than I expected. A pleasant surprise. Everything else though was just average. Truffle fries had a good portion but wasn't all too special, and the ramen noodles themselves could use improvement. The service here is great, fast and friendly, and there wasn't a wait for Saturday lunch. I would say this place is great if you need a convenient bowl of ramen. Looking back, Porco Ramen is great because of it's speedy service and unique menu. Shoutout to Ian again for the rec."
