"(Translated by Google) Hello good afternoon, my husband and I are visiting from New York Miami for the 5th time and we decided to come to eat at this restaurant. It turns out that we arrive they tell us not to sit where we want, nobody smiles at all, thewaitress Jamie does not tell us about the specials or welcomes us, I ask her what the price of the avocado salad is and she toldme but how stunned by my question. Look up the daily specials since you didn't tell me what they were or what their sides were.He did not offer any drinks or suggest dishes or drinks. Within 5 minutes of bringing the plate of food, the beans were verybad, the chicken breast had a peculiar smell and which was not to my liking. I decide to try it and indeed, the grilled breastwas burnt, it seems that they had done it well on the dirty plate, the beans tasted like they were two days old. What's more, hegave him the plate, I tell him why I'm giving it back, he doesn't offer me anything, he offered me something after having putthe bill on the table. When really I was already disgusted with the service. On top of that my husband d code leaving him a $5tip when he didn't deserve it. My name is Ivan Perez. I am Puerto Rican. I know Latin food very well. I am the general managerof the banquet and restaurant department for Marriott international airport in Times Square, NYC for 15 years. And the serviceand/or presentation is lousy and was horrible. There was no presentation label. Entry of dishes offers or suggestions. There wasno smile and much less an apology. I can offer you something additional and provide suggestions. Finally, when we are leaving, she makes a comment to the girl who is in front at the cash register and when she saw that we were walking to the exit door, shelooked at us and remained silent. My only smile was when my husband handed over a $5 tip for mediocre service. She's lucky thatno one is my employee because she had already been fired. 1. Customer welcome 2. Eye"

"The menu here is fantastic, and the waitstaff is attentive, catering to your needs with a touch of Spanish tradition. This place is steeped in culture, and they even promote learning the Spanish language, creating a sense of community that feels larger than life. I absolutely love the food; it’s exquisite and flavorful. Cubano’s is rich in history and culture, making you feel right at home. I've always enjoyed visiting as a young adult and try to return whenever I can. I want to celebrate my mixed Spanish heritage and, frankly, I find myself less drawn to traditional American dining experiences. When I’m at Cubano’s, I feel a strong connection with my Spanish roots. The restaurant has ample dining space and often features lively traditional Spanish music. It’s been a while since my last visit, and I hope to return soon. I truly admire the family that owns this place, and if they ever have openings, I would love to work there. Three years ago, America changed forever due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which created distrust and division among us. We faced an unimaginable situation, and unfortunately, it led to conflict and fear that escalated within communities. But we have a chance to come together stronger than ever, to support each other and show solidarity against the challenges presented by the pandemic. I urge everyone to show their support for Cubano’s, a restaurant that has dedicated years of service to us and treated us like family. Please visit Cubano's to experience their incredible customer service and unique atmosphere—it's something you won’t forget. We hope to see you all very soon. Cubano’s Restaurant: then, now, forever."
