"I love the food here, but I’m not a fan of the ordering process. You have to line up, and while you wait, someone comes by to ask what you'd like to drink. The catch is that the drinks are all the way at the end of the room in a cooler, so you have to either inquire about what they have or just hope they offer something you like. Then, just before you reach the display case showcasing all the meats for tacos, gorditas, or plates, a lady behind the glass will ask how many tacos you want and what types. The issue is that you can’t even see all your options yet, so unless you’ve been here before, you’re left hoping they have what you’re interested in or that they haven’t run out of anything. I understand they’re trying to keep things moving, but it would be nice to see what’s available first before being asked for my order."
