"We have been coming to this burger restaurant for the past two years, and my son absolutely loves their burgers. Typically, the service has been good, but today was a different story. My husband ordered two burgers and a fried chicken wing, but we ended up waiting an entire hour just to place our order. We understand that weekend nights can be busy, but an hour is excessive! He asked for updates three times during that hour, but nobody provided any information. By the end of the hour, there were hardly any customers in the restaurant, and he could see the chicken wings sitting on the counter. After waiting another ten minutes, no one came to package them up. To top it off, there wasn't even an apology for the long wait. Don't you think that's unacceptable? We might reconsider coming back."

"It's just good burgers. Good sauce and great fries. The olive oil and garlic makes them extra greasy but it's worth it. Definitely better than any fast food place. That said it is also definitely more expensive any fast food place. I got a goodamount of food with the smash fries so my order probably tended to be more expensive than average but just something toconsider. Overall great food."

"This is now my third negative experience at two different locations. The food has consistently been terrible, and the service has been disappointing as well. The staff seems unable to handle orders correctly; even though the name on the bag was correct, the contents were for someone named Paulette. The burgers were cold and dried out, with the cheese congealed into a solid mass. To make matters worse, the burgers were loaded with bacon, which is unacceptable for my wife and her family, as they are all Muslims and could not eat the meal at all. Additionally, no one at the restaurant could process a refund, so we were left to complain to the corporate office to retrieve our money. Overall, I highly recommend choosing another place for online orders—there are plenty of better options in the area."

"I have to say, I’m really impressed with this location of the Smash Burger chain. The prices are affordable, and there’s a great variety of choices for burgers, including vegetarian, turkey, and chicken options. My favorite burger is the crispy chicken mushroom truffle Swiss, which is absolutely divine thanks to the truffle mayo. Right now, the burger of the month is the French onion, and it's definitely worth the $4 price tag. The smash fries are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. I also enjoy a delicious Haagen-Dazs chocolate milkshake, priced around $4, which is well worth it for the sweet, chocolatey goodness. The service here is spot on, and the Brick location consistently delivers great flavors. The beef they use has a rich, gamey flavor, which I really like, and I can confidently say their quality is much better than a Burger King or McDonald's burger. I'm glad to see Smash Burger on the rise, outshining the competition!"

"I'm so glad I decided to stop by Smashburger after such a long time! I ordered the classic double smash but opted for just a single patty. I also tried the smash fries, which are seasoned with rosemary and garlic. Wow, what an amazing combination! The seasonings were just right—not too overpowering—and the fries had a wonderfully light crunch; they were delicious! The burger itself was made from high-quality meat, although it was a bit on the thin side, so next time I’ll definitely go for the double! Everything else was great, especially the service. Chelsea was incredibly friendly and even encouraged me to fill out a survey, which allowed me to get my fries for free—awesome! I really appreciate that they are locally owned and operated, so I’ll be sure to stop by whenever I'm in Tucson!"

"I waited over 20 minutes for a milkshake that I had ordered online in advance. As a mall employee, I have limited time for meals, so I always make sure to arrange my orders before my break. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there to pick up an online order. The employee checked and realized that my order hadn’t even been started yet. He apologized and began preparing it, but then he stopped when other employees came to the front. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I mentioned to another employee that I had been waiting for a while, and all I received was a "sorry." With four employees on duty, this wait time is unacceptable. In the end, I finally got my milkshake just as my break was ending."

"This was my first time at a smashburger. I had the Avacado Club and smashfries and they were delicious and I didn't feel the need to use any condiments. The service wasn't fine, the guy at the register was very patient when I was being indecisive and after I started eating asked me how it was. Then somebody checked on me very politely and gave me a coupon for a free side with purchase of an entree! That's my only con, the prices and that everything is priced seperately, which can add up (I tend to be more on the froogle side!). However, I didn't take that it of my rating because all of my food was very fresh and healthy and of a good size."

"You don't make it easy to do business with you. You advertised a special on the burgers on the app but when the order was completed there was no special. Oh, I realized there's a code in an email sent to me, but while the app encouraged me to select the $6 burger option, you're left to your own devices to discover these are not connected. "Terrible Customer service and UNSAFE to eat. I 'm writing this review with a heavy heart and I will also be placing a complaint with County of Sacramento Environmental Department. On 11/27/21 I placed a phone order because the online portal wasn 't allowing me to do easy sauce on my burger. The person who took my phone order was new. That person was very friendly and helpful. I arrived and the two employees working at that time greeted me and were very friendly. I extremely appreciate people who still care about providing good service. These folks were great. However- I ordered a baja guacamole burger easy sauce on a multi grain bun- and bless their soul when I got home there was no guacamole no jalapeno, it wasn 't what I ordered at all. So I call back and they were willing to remake my order the way I originally ordered. When I arrived to pick up my burger there is a completely different crew operating the restaurant. When I walked in this second time within 45 min it was a completely different experience. First I walked in and the two employees had their backs to me and were either trying to dry something or sanitize something, whatever they were doing they were to busy to acknowledge that I walked in. So after asking for help.... the person who receives the food from the window turned around to say hey . I explained that I was there to pick up the order they got wrong and that person looked me up and down says oh than DOES NOT WASH HANDS walks to the window grabs my burger does not bag it or wrap it than comes and drops the burger in my hand. I almost laughed thinking this person must be messing with me. They were not. Instead, they were treating me like their mistake was my fault. And to add insult to injury the person had an old smelly looking cast on their hand and that was the hand this person used to drop my unpacked burger in my hand. I was disgusted and asked to speak with the manager I saw earlier. Unfortunately the only manager there to help me was the same employee who was still sanitizing and never turned around to even acknowledge me until I asked to speak with a manager. I 'm not going to waste my time complaining to someone who obviously doesn 't care about customer service. So I left and I will never eat at this establishment again. I have frequented this smashburger for a few years and it really bums me out that this experience has ruined the whole place for me. Anyway do yourselves a favor- there is Jack 's urban, Habit, ettores, so many places were you will be way happier with the service and food."

"Horrible customer service and not sure what 's going on with the cooks! I ordered a hamburger with mushrooms Mayo ketchup and mustard. I got home and noticed it was dry and had no sauce so I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the manager sheinsisted she was the one who made the burger and she had made it correctly so I said I would bring it in and show her myself. Igot back to smash burger and they had my new order ready, I 'm 21 years old and just started ordering food myself (sad I know) soI grabbed it and got into my car. I opened the burger and it looked like this...mind you I did not ask for extra. The "managerwas very intimidating so I just left it at that and ate as much as possible because I was not going to just waste food.."

"This was my first time visiting the restaurant at this Cityline location and customer service was just ok, cashier not very friendly. I've had better. I wanted the same tasty burger, truffle fries, and milk shake from this restaurant that I had in Uptown but that didn't happen.I was very disappointed unfortunately. The burger was ok but it was cold. I asked for truffle fries and was too tired to look in the bag after take out since my husband paid for the order while I went to the restroom.When I got home, I discovered that they were regular fries and they looked old and were cold, and had no taste. I tried heating them in the microwave but that didn't help. To top things off, I ordered the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream and it did not have a rich chocolate flavor that I had noticed the last time I had one.Smashburger, you really missed the ticket. It's a shame because I frequent this location very often and more than likely won't be back after this bad experience."

"Long story short: I drive for Grub Hub. This store won 't start the order until I marked arrived on my app. If that 's the case, then I have to wait for them to prepare the order. This could take up to 20 minutes when they are busy. I don 't get paid by thehour, I get paid for delivering promptly. What I suggest is that all Grub Hub drives simply drive past the store, and mark arrived then use another app to pick up food, Door Dash or Uber Eats, then make that delivery. Then when they are good andready to pick up from Smash Burger, they can return to the Smash Burger...hopefully the food is good and cold by then. Then thecustomers will get angry with Smash Burger for being such a horrible company that they would screw over the people who deliverfor them. tl;dr: Smash Burger is an awful company that abuses the independent contractors who deliver for them."
