"Our host was very good. She greeted us , she was friendly and give me a special seat as I requested during my booking , for my boyfriends birthday. I booked this dinner to make it special for him. I paid for both of us for the show and 4 course meal . Food was good but some dishes have very strong flavor They were very gamy , especially the puff paistry with lamb. This business does charge you for the tip in advance , before you see the service.I understand business are trying to recover from Covid, but it’s my opinion you should not have to pay for the tip before you even know the service. I paid for the food and the show my boyfriend paid for the drinks. Everything went well he order two drinks which was $40 and then he ordered two beers which was $22 and he was paying as he was going so he paid twice for $40+ tip and $22 with the tip, which he signed while we were there , but when we came home we see additional $135 charge on his credit card that we have no idea. So pl watch for that."

"This place right here offered such a great experience. There are sisters who own this place and they still run it like they just opened. They greet you and if you have questions about the menu she will go through the history of the dish and flavors. We have never had moraccon food but they set a pretty high standard. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and along with a great waitstaff I will definitely come back. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we ordered chicken pastilla, chicken kabob, madghout and chicken tagine. Chicken pastilla takes 45 minutes to make so we ordered other food to try it after. There's an appreciation for them to make an item by hand. The Madghout is a lamb shank that's made with 7 seasonings and marinated for hours. It was tender, full of flavor and filling. I enjoyed the rice and the mint tea. If you want a drink I highly recommend the mint tea. It's hot but the mint makes it refreshing and honestly very enjoyable. Try this place out. The chicken was flavorful and so delicious. Also have a conversation with the sisters they can give you so much history of moraccon food like the chicken pastilla that's typically made for really special events and is not eaten every day. It's typically made for high standing people so it was an honor to try it and experience such a major food. Overall loved the food and the staff."

"The restaurant is super cute and the staff friendly and helpful. I found the prices a little high though. We started with shekshouka....eggplant and red pepper. Even my vegetable averse friend loved it! The vegetable Tagine was really tasty. My friends lamb was tasty too, but a tad on the dry side. We didn’t have dessert because the meals were really filling. I’d like to come back and try more dishes because everything sounds delicious."
