"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but everything about this location has drastically deteriorated. The food portions have become smaller, and the quality of taste has waned significantly. However, the biggest letdown was definitely the unfriendly woman at the front and the waitstaff. During my last couple of visits, the place was practically empty, yet they seemed genuinely annoyed that we walked in. Their attitude was off-putting, and we had to wait 20 minutes before we received any bowls, plates, utensils, or even water, which we had to ask for. They were also rude over the phone when I tried to place a pickup order multiple times. I cannot recommend this place at all. 0/10."
