"I thought the concept of the restaurant was fascinating, which led me to make a reservation. Outdoor seating were an option so I chose my party. from the beginning the concept was not properly explained by the host. I was pretty confused not to lie. something that would have explained the process would have been better, it is super hard to hear the people talking with masks that cover their face. Anyway, the whole menu is very overpriced. a white claw for $8? ridiculous. also ordered the pulled pork sandwich $14 I could add) and it came dry with absolutely no sauce. I had to ask for Bbq sauce on the side. for $14, the sosse should be with the pork. there was a nice live singer/pianist outside, but it was literally 5 feet from us. could not even talk to my table. very frustrating. the service was very slow. it seemed easy as if the staff were not very prepared for a Saturday night crowd. when I received the reception, there was no option for a custom dollar amount for a tipp. they had to choose from a given percentage. I didn't like that either. overall it was a nice night with friends, but I won't come back. much more beautiful place in naperville for a better value."
